Real Vegas Online: has anyone been able to withdrawl?

Has anyone been able to withdrawl from Real Vegas Online? I've requesed 2 withdrawls at end of September, but both are still in limbo, not even being processed. The toll free number is always a recording and no return calls or emails from them. I filed a PAB here, but no word from that yet either. I fear I'm just SOL on this one. I should mention I'm in U.S. as well.

FYI, it is generally bad practice to raise on issue on the boards while you have an ongoing Pitch-A-Bitch for the same issue: whatever advantage we gain by discussing the issue privately is lost when you post it up on the boards, not to mention the fact that it ends up wasting my time.

So I'll ask you to pick which way you want to go with this: do you want to pursue this thread or do you want me to continue with the PAB?
