It's not the timescale here, but rather the complete MIA of any form of customer support that is worrying this player. This is usually taken as a BAD sign, especially when it is not what the player has previously experienced.
Perhaps you should try your own path of contact to see if there might indeed be an underlying problem with this casino, as if there is, players need to know NOT to deposit at a place that has NO customer support, and seems to be taking longer to pay than usual.
Also, check their website to see if it is being updated with new promotions as normal, or whether it is stuck in time. The latter is the BIG warning sign - especially alongside no CS and slow/no payments, and often indicates serious, even if temporary, problems with the operation.
