Waiting for a €300+ payout for over a week now. Not a huge amount, or a particularly long time, I agree. But I have been unable to raise any response via email and their internal messaging system does not work. No live chat or phone number.

Yet I get an email from the every few days offering me a new bonus.

Just thought it worth mentioning again that they are on a go-slow….

It is a bit early to be thinking of this but if you don't get action in another week or so do consider the Pitch-A-Bitch option. We've successfully handled a few PABs with them over the last few months.

Thanks for that Maxd, agree it is a bit early for a PAB. I have been getting payouts in 2-3 days. But has just gone all too quiet for my liking...

It's not the timescale here, but rather the complete MIA of any form of customer support that is worrying this player. This is usually taken as a BAD sign, especially when it is not what the player has previously experienced.

Perhaps you should try your own path of contact to see if there might indeed be an underlying problem with this casino, as if there is, players need to know NOT to deposit at a place that has NO customer support, and seems to be taking longer to pay than usual.

Also, check their website to see if it is being updated with new promotions as normal, or whether it is stuck in time. The latter is the BIG warning sign - especially alongside no CS and slow/no payments, and often indicates serious, even if temporary, problems with the operation.

3 Minuits later I got an email from Sara Cole at Plum offering me a bonus....

Oh, meant to say that I agree with vinylweatherman, the complete lack of any response to any communications and the fact that thier internal mail system does not work is a concern.

Ya, no disagreements there, their CS is a bit suspect and all the warning signs are there for player to proceed with extreme caution.

On the other hand you did get paid so on that!
