As far as I know, MG casinos still do not allow NEW U.S. accounts. Existing accounts are fine (till MG decides otherwise).

They most certainly DO have a blacklist....here is proof in an email with me and a casino from a while back, I saved it for this purpose, in case anyone didn't think they had a blacklist, I forget what happened, but I think they double billed me or something, so I told them I was going to do a chargeback, and this is the reply I got........
My guess is the original poster made a chargeback and they blocked him from MG casinos.Please note that we do take chargeback threats as very serious and if you go through with it then we will have no choice but to report you to our Fraud and Risk department which will result in you being blocked from playing at XXX or any other Microgaming casino.
