I won on June 13th from Coolcat. It's now Jul 16. Still nothing. They say there is a glitch in their processor. I realize it's a Rogue casino, but WHAT CAN I DO??????? This is beyond painful...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but not only did you dig up a thread a year old,,, which is ok.

Unfortunately. You will be Very lucky if you get paid by them at all! Have they started telling you it takes "5 days to process" yet? or are they telling you "no that's 5 BUSINESS days" yet?
You will probably never get paid. And I don't think there is anything you or anyone else can do to get you paid.
I personally do hope you get paid. But .... not many do.

Not much you can do. It's an unlicensed casino located in Central America - you are at their manager's whim.

Sorry to dig up old memories, and sorry for not checking this place out first- I've played there for years and never had this much problem. Here is the update- and my letter to them..

JMUGRAD Here- please close my account. I'm extremely unhappy with your customer service, your cashout procedures and with the Casino in general. My last cashout- supposed to be $1000, was reduced to $800- supposedly b/c I had used a bonus (that was restriction free!). Then after more than a month of only ONE WAY communication (from me to you), I finally got my money gram and you all took $85 dollars for WHAT??? Supposedly the moneygram fees? What the F? Moneygram costs about $9.00!! So I only got $715 and believe me, that wasn't worth the hassle. So, I'm going to take my money,and gamble someplace else- copying this letter to any watchdog group that I can.

Take the money they gave you and do exactly that! AND be thankful also!! Because so many others get robbed of thousands of dollars without getting paid a dime from "Coolcat casino"!! . and of course that's when they find Casinomeister.
