So it's been over a month. Is there any progress to report on this case? Is the casino even responding to inquiries?

I generally don't like discussing ongoing PABs in the forums but in this case there's not much "on" or "going" happening so what's the diff?
So, in a word, "no", nothing forthcoming from them, sweet FA in fact. Bryan is on the case though so it ain't over yet.

^ Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear that the casino has been so unresponsive. That doesn't make me real hopeful this case will be resolved, but kudos to Bryan for continuing to work on it. I hope he proves me wrong.

Since there's been no updates on this, I'm assuming the casino never changed its decision to confiscate these winnings.

I'm sure you guys have tried hard, but that's very unfortunate.
I'd say if the casino refuses to pay or give a justifiable explanation of its actions, then it deserves to go on the rogue list. |
