    These casinos belong to PartyGaming.
Can anyone confirm this? I remember some time ago Party purchased a bunch of sites including Casinoking and I think Casino Las Vegas is part of the same group.

If so, Party doesn't seem to care much about it's customers whether it's directly or indirectly (as in this case) serving the customer. Player loses they win. Player wins, FU clause used and Party wins again. Shame on Party.

In my opinion Casino Las Vegas (group) has definite rogue pit potential. There aren't much more roguish things that a casino can do than stealing players winnings and ignoring the player and the Meister.

    Zzzzzzzzzzzz - oops

I forgot all about this one - and the OP never reminded us.

Max and I will check once more to see what's up on this one. No response is not cool.

And it looks as though the OPs emails have been bouncing since October - account expired.

And he hasn't been around for some time now.

We'll still check though, but it doesn't look like this is a legit player on the surface.

I'd be fighting tooth and nail if this was a legitimate win.

I take it Max's warning issued today against the casino implies that it refused once again to cooperate in this case. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

As far as I'm concerned this is one of the most egregious cases of casino misconduct ever reported. This is a staggering sum of money (keep in mind: not 42K in dollars, but in GBP) to be confiscated without there being proper explanation.

Actually that's not quite how it happened:

The Warning was prompted by a recent PAB that they have, like all the others, refused to respond to. I brought their PAB history to B's attention and he said "book 'em!"

As to the OP's case here ... the trouble is the OP went AWOL some months ago and for the last while our emails to him simply bounce: there's bugger all we can do for the guy when he's simply dropped off the radar. Besides, it's a little suspect when there's this amount of $$$ on the table and no one trying very hard to scoop it up.

I have to agree Max. Even land mines wouldn't keep from the bank's door if I had that kind of money waiting!

It's suspicious, alright - I wonder whether there was a "settlement" with an NDA one of the conditions?

But then, why would the casino not want to close this publicity - it can't be good for its (or Playtech's) reputation.

If there were an NDA, either the casino or the player would have contacted us to let us know. This player's emails are bouncing, so what the hell?

But that's not the problem here. The problem is that this casino has not acknowledged our emails concerning the 42k - nor have they responded to Max's recent requests about the other player. I have no patience for incompetence when it comes to player support or communications. Either they respond or they don't.

They are in the rogue pit as of today. I probably won't hear a peep out of them until their affiliate manager realizes that they effed up, and they'll tell me that they need to be removed from the pit because it's bad for business.

ATTENTION AFFILIATES: IF YOU ARE PROMOTING THIS CASINO - YOU ARE PROMOTING A CASINO THAT HAS BEEN ROGUED AT CASINOMEISTER

    Maybe that'll get things going.

It's a first! A Gibraltar based casino is in the rogue pit - how embarrassing!

Don't know if it's going to help, but pointed out this treath to them and told them it might be a good idea to respond.. Not sure if or how they will, but can't hurt to try..
