Prolly the last thing one wants to do is wait/exercise patience when they have a situation such as the OPs. BUT that is exactly what is required........temperance is a bitch of a lesson (I know too well....been there, done that!) Muchos Kudos to Bryan, maxd and the whole CM clan for doing what they do!

I have heard that bonus Wagering Requirements in Casino Las Vegas (IOG group) carry over if you bust on a bonus and get next deposit bonus(es). However their TCs don't mention this at all. Last time I played such a triple bonus (you could claim the bonus three times if you busted) I busted the first two and won on the third one. I played through the WR for the third bonus only and asked customer support whether I had completed wagering requirement and they said yes, so at least in my case the WR DIDN'T carry over. But if they decide that the WR does carry over, then there is a problem with playing roulette even if you bust.Yes, but it is definitely possible that they're using the fact that you did play a restricted game (roulette) with your first D+B...but if you had $0 in your account before the subsequent deposits, then that shouldn't even be an issue.

Any group that rolls over WR from one bonus to the next needs to be rogued, no questions asked - especially if it's not listed in their T&C. If you bust out on a D+B, then that's it. There's no more bonus money that you're playing with. When you make a new deposit, it's a "new day", and you should have a clean slate.
When all is said and done, you could end up with $1M in WR on a $20 deposit, if you have a bad run stretched out over many deposits.

Ya know what, I think I want to get into the online casino business. When the client loses you happily keep his money and when he wins big you either pay it out a pitance at a time or just claim some foul and keep all the winnings. Cool Cat did the same thing to me but their manager "Chris" actually admitted the casino made a mistake here in the CM forums before suddenly closing my account and refusing to pay me. I think I will stick to the land based casinos...you get paid if you win, it doesnt take months to get your winnings and here it Canada it is all tax free. I've had it with these unethical crooks running these online clip joints.
Oh yea, and if they're rolling over WR from one bonus to the next, they shouldn't be offering bonuses that you can claim multiple times.

Andrewoll: any news?
Whether or not his balance dropped to $0 or if he did indeed wager some of his bonus on the slots, freezing $42k from a $100 bonus is absurd. Unless the winnings are 100% attributable to the bonus then they should pay - this casino obviously has no care for business ethics. The bad press will cost them far more than $42k, if indeed they are concerned about bad press....
Makes you wonder!
Hi everyone and thanks for your support!
No news so far, except they ignore my emails now.
P.S. Maxd any news?
P.S.S. it's 42k GBP, around 80k USD![]()
I do hope to move this screenshot to "Winner screenshots" section, not "Screen Shots that Suck!"...
