    I'm afraid so. Lojo's rap sheet here is as long as your arm and this jumping all over people and the 'a**hole' thing is just more of the same. Repeat offender all over again.

    Personally I really do wish he'd chill a bit because I think he's got a talent for making some very worthwhile points. The 'gangsta' shtick is getting a bit old though.

    Exclamation Lojo's gone

    Well that was a nice start for a Monday morning - NOT.

    Lojo has been banned permanently. He has endured several suspensions for disrespecting other forum members, and this was the last time.

    You don't call people assholes. You don't call people twits. I don't care how upset you get about whatever issue; this is unacceptable behavior. There are other places that condone or encourage these types of postings; Casinomeister is not one of them - never has been, never will be. And you know it.

    Resorting to name calling not only disrespects the target of your abuse, but the entire board itself. To ignore these outbursts damages the integrity of this board and deflates its strength. Members who choose think only of themselves - disregarding common courtesy - and flame whatever they disagree with, cause many others to go into lurking mode. I will not tolerate this behavior.

    Three strikes - yer out.

    Max, you have a great deal more patience than I have, that's for sure.

    Having to jump through hoops to get certain operators organised for one; handling the PAB section for another, and putting up with this distracting nonsense just caps it.

    So here's a "thanks" for you.

    Just read this thread and here is my 2 cents for what its worth. After reading the posts from winward rep i must say i was not impressed with their replies to questions asked. Also with their response to max for a dif phone number or email
    addy. I know the casinos do deal with a lot of us with some huge complaints and some just rubbish ones so i do see why and the need for someone higher up that can deal with the more disturbing issues, and at least give max and bryan a contact name and number to use. Face it if all of us had that higher up number nothing would get done about larger issues. But for the rep to say max just email same addy was inexcusable. Few months back a casino gave me a private number and asked me to delete it after my issue was dealt with and silly me i did just that to find another member on here needed that number so im sorry i did get rid of it. Rmbr max and bryan there are many of us on here that luv you and respect what you do, it is time consuming in the least never mind putting up with the few that toss rude comments back your way, just shrug those off u 2 are greatest.

    i seen lojo was banned, so i had to come read.

    i failed to recognize what point he was trying to make, but it's of no matter.

    winward is quite a poor casino indeed. i almost played there back in the day, when i was a disciple of the bonus-whoring how-to's. it was an easy bag: $500 sticky bonus with generous wr. but i was apprehensive to stick that much cash into a place and praying to get paid.

    and the way they are handling this is quite lame. perhaps if they are bent on forcing bonus and wr on people, they should give a one-time option at signup whether or not bonuses will be used. that way, those who don't use bonuses can be an entirely separate stream from the bonus users.

    but basically winward is saying they can't be bothered to change anything. the way they phrase it, it sounds like the following takes place:

    ...........deposit......bonus
    amount ...100.........200
    wr .......2400.........4800

    with each being counted separately. under this scenario i can easily visualize a function for the bolded "cell" above that even my commodore64 could handle, to the tune of IF BONUS = 0 THEN DEPOSITWR = 0, and then IF BONUS > 0 THEN DEPOSITWR = 24*DEPOSIT

    why can't this be changed? or perhaps it is the players' faults for not also asking the wr's to NOT be applied along with their bonus exclusion request? of course i kid here, but it might be worth a try...

    i say we just chat/pm bomb their support with "why must i wager my own money x times over before i can have it back?" millions of times from multiple players. maybe then they will realize it's a real issue and not just a standard inconvenience we're making a huff over because we "failed to read terms".

    i mean, sure, literally if
    wr = 24(d+b) and
    b = 0 then
    wr = 24d , but sensibly the idea of a wr with no bonus involved is ludicrous, and not something anyone is going to be watching out for.

    and if you want to get uber-technical, you could say that bonus ≠ 0 , but rather = DNE(does not exist), and the result of the above would be wr = undefined, which essentially means there is no wr to speak of, or the wr is unattainable by conventional means (of counting the play made up to the target wr).

    and even in the entirely unlikely event that the software cannot be changed to allow the withdrawals through on non-bonus play, maybe you can just admit it's a retarded rule and handle each case manually. ie when the software is forced to kick it, and you are examining why, say to yourself "she didn't use our bonus so she can have her cashout without meeting wr since ethically the wr ought not exist, it only does due to our outdated/underdeveloped software, here you go, thanks for playing, and we'll see you again rather than have you uninstall our casino and post in public for all to see what (greedy) idiots we are". doesn't that seem like a smart business move, even if the software is not prepared to let a withdrawal through before the deposit (WITHOUT BONUS) is turned over 24 times? sorry if that's at all harsh, but COME ON!

    Hey All, I was reading another thread and saw lojo banned and was wondering why, so pm'd another member and was filled in, so, thought I would read this thread and find out why. lojo, my oh my. I believe Max handled this with complete profressionalism and quite certainly balanced this with a calm and courteous manner. I cant see where he deserved such a hostile response. Maybe I should stay out of this but I had to say something. lojo, what's going on? You can be so sweet and charming at times, when I see this I am wondering if this is really you? I think you should really take Max' advice and chill for a bit, and I mean that with all friendship, sincerity and care. I am concerned about you. Please chill out for a bit. Kick back and enjoy that serene surrounding you were speaking of. I think there's more going on here then we readily see. You do have friends here lojo. Realize that and I think you'll see the truth is plain to see. Lots of Love,

    It is apparant that Lojo has major issues, problems, addictions, whatever words you are all most comfortable using.

    Max handled him with grace and patience. Better than I or many others could have done, by far.

    Bryan, my respect for permanently banning him, rather than another "slap", you are sending the right message. Yes, having one less Lojo might get people to quit lurking and start getting involved again. A big improvement, if it happens.

    For those of you that are so convinced you are Lojo's friend, there is still one forum he works his schtick at, he is there posting his revisionist history of every forum he has had problems with. His versions of happenings are, at best, laughable, at worst, truly pathetic. They definitely are not truthful.

    Just My Opinion, as always.

    I am not ashamed of being lojo's friend, although I am embarrassed for certain behaviours. I was persecuted before for saying something on lojo's behalf. He obviously has some demons and is it not better to be graceful then demeaning? I wanted to say something nice and caring to someone who seems as if in constant battle. Although I have been a member here for a while, I mostly have only seen lojo's, kind side, I have seen a few posts where I was taken back but nothing shocking, until now, that is. This thread really shocked me and if this type of behaviour is frequent then I can completely understand why some other members may feel the way they do. I haven't seen much of this, thankfully, until now. But to be made to feel as if I am in clique that enjoys rantings and ravings of a less desirable nature, is an insult and I'm not sure if that is the point made here, and I certainly hope not. Good luck to lojo in his future and I sincerely hope he can overcome whatever battle it is that may come his way. And that is jmo, of course.
