I've got to tell you man, I was really passionate for a few years about the Winward stable of casinos and I liked the hell out of their software but then I finally woke the hell up and discovered I was living in "Blind Mans Land" and re-smelt the coffee beans and got the hell out after I recently closed all my accounts there...just for the record, back a couple of years ago I was also in the same rebuttal mode as you are now and I would have been the first one to jump in and defend them...just for the record...yaz know...

Ok, let's take this step by step:

You don't like how I tried to bring Winward in on this so they could do the right thing, that's fine, your right to an opinion and all that, BUT ...

a) it got them into this discussion and that was the point. I did and I do consider that a fair compromise, for all the good it did.

b) Keep in mind that Winward's track record here at Casinomeister has been underwhelming of late. They've stalled on addressing the issues in spite of endless reminders, the reps have here today then gone tomorrow (again, in spite of personal reminders), they've repeatedly obfuscated the issues by saying "oh, we can't read every post" and so forth when that has nothing to do with the issue because I emailed then and simply said "read this specific post", and so forth. Has my treatment of them been bad? I don't think so and in fact I'd say that they've gotten a pretty soft ride of it because I keep hoping that they'll step up, do the right thing, and take their responsibilities seriously. Of course they'll find this all terribly offensive but the facts are here to back up every single word of it.

c) If RobWin or anyone else wants to comment on your post, especially if they're trying to explain the situation to you, they are of course more than welcome to.

d) If you want to address something specific to me say so, or use the PMs, or email me. Bottom line: don't get your panties in a twist, you're on a public forum and if others care to reply to your posts then more power to them.

e) Calling anyone an "a**hole" on this forum is a clear and obvious violation of the Forum Rules, Rules 1.1 & 1.5 if you care to look them up. As it happens I am going to ban you for that, and for being unnecessarily hostile and aggressive to the readers and participants of this thread. But I don't think this is new for you is it, you've been down this road before if I'm not mistaken. So ...

f) Please note that a ban means you are behaving badly and should change your attitude. At the very least you should change your behaviour or you'll just get another ban. I see that you've been banned for harassing the members before so this one is going to be a little longer since you are a serial offender. See you in a month, and do try to give this whole "chill a bit" thing some thought.
