Though relatively new, this casino built up a good reputation especially for fast cashouts. Most comments on it were on the positive side. Do you have any evidence to back up your comments other than the name?

My own experience with it is that while their customer service reps still have to learn a thing or two about their operations their manager is tops and responds to/monitors issues at hand well. If you want their help PM Kendra.

It is really bad etiquette to post disparaging statements about a casino without any evidence or reason.

i also believe that rival will rule the online world because as far as im seeing the casino reps and managers are light years ahead of the comp,except maybe 3dice but i know rival sure took better care of me at christmas then 3dice did so i say go rival full steam ahead but on the way to #1 please increase your slot payouts a little bit please

I made several deposits and was never ahead ,not once........that's my first negative experience.
I went to chat and asked the CS what was goin on with the payout I was experiencing...........the answer was quote"what seems to be the problem here?"
Now how would you call my experience?
Sorry if I misused the word Crap........I thought it was the right one........wrong? I Apologize than.
BTW I uninstalled the casino.

I would call it a losing Losing Streak for sure.
Your going to tell me that you deposited like over $100.00 and not hit a cherry? Now that is just pure bad luck to me.
It's like when I went to Foxwoods and made a deposit of $200.00 in a slot machine and I didn't get one free spin out of that $200.00 but the person next to me only made a deposit of $40.00 and got 5 free spins.Now is that fair?
