Maybe I should email Riverbelle and Intertops and asked them WTF with depositing $$$'s and never getting a cashout. How about if I contact the racetrack and ask them how come my horse didn't win? Gambling is gambling. It's like pounding sand down a rat hole. Eventually the hole will be full and you will get sand back. If you don't like to lose, don't play. As someone told me once, do you actually think these casinos, any casinos, B & M or online, are in the business of letting you make money? Seriously!!

Just don't spend your money at a casino and you won't be upset when you lose.

Believe me I've had the exact same thing with Da Vinci's; 4 or 5 deposits - never cashed out.
But with Simon Says & SlotoCash I took the SUB's made good profits & cashed out.

Same software, different casinos, different days, different luck.

All my communications with all Rivals (via live chat) have always been answered politely, correctly & fully.
My cash-outs went through inside 48hrs (to Neteller), no ID requested, no hassles.
Rival are not perfect, but they are certainly 'on the up' & heading in the right direction.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with your experience, and hope your next one is better, wherever that may be.

Ive never said they dont pay also because I never had a chance at...........I was and I am disappointed at my sessions with em and at the CSR who,in my case, was unpolite and a little sarcastic.
BTW case closed for me.

How many times have we been down this road already..sheesh! It should be no surprise to anyone that when Kakata loses it means the casino sucks. Nothing personal Kakata.. but aren't there better ways of blowing off steam after you lose? You're running out of places to play at.

I think your being harsh on Kakata. Im sorry, but if I deposited over $700 and didnt have one cashout, to me that would be "crap" too. Kakata isnt a high roller so that $700 to us is like several thousand to others. Did you notice he was betting .20 cents when he won at CW? Ive tried rival several times and never cashed out either and I hate that software too. I tried Sloto cash, thisisvegas(just twice) and a couple of others in the last year

It's not like we all havnt bashed a casino at one time or another. Geez, he uses one sentence from a horrible experience and your ready to hang the guy.
Not everyone likes software just because you guys get several cashouts. How many of you that had so many cashouts live outside the USA? probably more than not.

If it makes anyone feel better I have never, not one time, nodda nope, no cashblemo, any withraws from Rival casinos. I have got up to a couple hundred or so over my deposit two three times, but never cashed out. So maybe its time to make a limit for what I want to cashout and stick with that and not expect to cash out big, at least I could say I did cash out.

Rivals can seem tight sometimes, but they do treat their players well.
