This is why Fortune Lounge was ROGUED a while back. They went on an account locking spree against players who played in a manner the casino didn't like. They mixed this in with bannings due to fraud. The roguing was for the actions against legitimate players, not the fraudulent ones.
The FL rep refused to admit there was anything wrong with not paying players just because they played smart, and then announced that he would no longer take part in Casinomeister, thus a complaint to the rep may well go unanswered. eCogra is the best bet, as FL were rebuked for their handling of the previous issue. FL will have to prove to eCogra that the OP is a fraud, not just a smart player.
Many will see the OP as a likely fraudster, based on the fact they joined & immediately posted a complaint as their first post, so the OP will have to back up the complaint by following through with a complaint to eCogra, and let us know how it went. It would be best to wait for eCogra to deal with it before posting further, as this forms part of the rules eCogra require complainants to adhere to before proceeding with a complaint.
This industry is really going downhill FAST!
Another player has just posted that CasinoRewards have just confiscated winnings because they believe the player used the Viper "autoplay" feature, something Microgaming put there as part of what sets the brand apart.
(I would like to know how the hell they know what local settings the player has on their PC - does this explain why MG casinos get slower and jerky the longer they run, is this evidence of the elusive "background scheduled task" that runs and caused a fractional pause every few sseconds, and a blip in CPU).
We know for a fact that some POKER clients scan running processes, and even installed programs not currently running, and use this to accuse players of having a "bot" on their machine.
I have seen posts on another forum, by it's OWNER no less, who relies on it for his bread & butter, and these posts were a "rant" about how casinos are showing a complete lack of respect to players, and how there is overwhelming ancedotal evidence that some casinos really HAVE tightened up their games - Microgaming got a special mention, and this was NOT just one or two disgruntled players, but the owner of a forum of 4000 members, about one third the size of Casinomeister.
