@HIT: Please (re)read the Forum Rules, note in particular the following:

1.11 - Please do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda. If the moderators (and members) feel that you are spamming the board with links or ad copy to your website, harassing members with agenda laden posts, or consistently ragging on a casino that did you wrong, etc., your account may be suspended.

It's your first post, you are "shouting" (posting in ALL CAPS) which is generally considered rude forum behaviour, and your post is clearly intended to damage the casino's reputation. Please chill out a bit and the chances are we can help you with your Grand Duke issue. Either way your original thread title was out of line so I've changed it.

As it happens we currently have a good contact at the casino and that bodes well. Have a look at our Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and if that looks like the way you want to go then file your PAB and I'll look into this for you. But again, chill a bit: tripping out is not going to get your issue looked at any faster or more effectively.

1) On how many accounts? If the answer is "1", continue to 2 - if >1, consider yourself busted.

2) Did you begin each session by making a bet of £100 on, say, Roulette, Blackjack, or similar wager opportunity? If "yes", this was probably against the terms, if "no" go to 3

3) Did you play within the stated terms of the bonus? If "yes", proceed to PAB form, if "no" - expect your deposits back & winnings voided, a PAB is likely to end up in favour of the casino.

Local police would be a waste of time, this is a civil dispute at present. Legal advice or complaining to the regulator would be the best options. PAB and the regulator will not cost anything, but legal advice could result in considerable costs with no guarantee of an outcome in your favour.

Present the dispute in detail, but on the PAB form rather than this thread. Presenting the case in public will mean the PAB option being closed to you.

Make sure "shift lock" is off when filling in the PAB form, and that your "." key is working
