i am not new to the forum but hardly ever take bonuses hence my dilema.

is it correct that casinos can keep accumilating the wr after the deposit and bonus is lost and the pending wr can be tacked onto a fresh deposit and bonus?

i have never faced anything like this before, any advise would be appreciated

If you took the SUB, it's 50X WR - if you didn't zero out your account completely, then you're still stuck with WR on that first deposit. If you're playing with a bonus, you need to make sure your balance is at ZERO AND that you don't have any unplayed bonus rounds before making another deposit, or else you're still stuck with WR.

You can try sending a private message to Cobus - I'm not sure if he works weekends or not, but maybe he can look into it for you?

thanks for your reply, even if i did not zero my account the last bonus was same as the one i took last night so if i deposited 150 at that time, still the wr cannot be 30,000+ which is what they are showing in my chat as they mention 21000 pending and i had already played at least 10,000 on slots, also, if u see the chat i have posted, i told support that how can i be liable for all the previous wr if i lost the money deposited but she replied that i am still liable for the pending wr
