It seems to have gone all quite again. Ive also tried Marty with no joy.

As i did not have any response from them both I contacted Virtual casino Direct which they told me that i should wait another 7 - 10 day. This was more than 10 days ago and i have still not received my funds.

Virtual Casino mentioned in one of there responses that they will only be paying me in $750 transactions. This then means i will be waiting another 2 months for my winnings.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
Finally paid after repeated phone calls(don't bother with chat support, they are worthless). Then sent emails threatening to report them to the u.s. dept. of justice for online fraud. After that, was paid by check not to quicktender as I requested and as my account history showed, "approved to quicktender".
Was worried as haven't received a check in over 2 years but it did clear.

Just stay on their backs EVERY DAY! it took weeks to be paid(see my posts re: slotmadness); but finally did get paid my 2000.00+

    good luck

You should be happy they paid you in full. I've heard of stories where they would pay only half or less and then hope you'll give them another year

Marty got a new job and is no longer working with these guys. Probably why you had no joy when you tried contacting him now. Try contacting Steve, who worked with Marty in the affiliate area. steve(at)gamblingwages(dot)com

Which brings me to my question here. I noticed Bryan also mentioned that Marty is no longer with the Virtual group. May I ask if ANYONE knows as to WHY Marty left this place and for what reasons.

Did Marty have anything to say in relation to him leaving. We all know he has a bag of stories to tell and a wondering mind couldn't look past the fact he probably left on bad terms. Am I correct??

My only suggestion is that you post your story on every forum, social site, and anywhere else you can on the internet so that hopefully one day ALL the players in the world will know that the Virtual Group are a bunch of thieving rogues!

Wont help you, I know - but it might stop others getting ripped-off.

I hope you get your money soon... but I'm not holding my breath.
