Pamper casino - customer service lying and no pay

So I've got this spam from Pamper casino advertising their 2000% and free chips and played the free chips sometimes for fun. This time I got $55 free chip and made it through wagering (wagered even more than required). Before this, I asked from their live chat if bonus money itself is withdrawable. They answered "Yes".

I send my ID docs and tried to withdraw but got a denial after a few days stating that the bonus money is not withdrawable.

I contacted the live chat again and asked what the hell was going on, they told me that its my fault not to have read their t&c. They even quoted their own terms which says that "If not stated otherwise all the bonus money on Pamper casino is "sticky"". Well their customer service clearly stated otherwise earlier. And I'd think the customer service should know their own rules better, so they wouldn't have to lie to customers...

I was also treated in a very bad manner, including customer service quitting the live chat after I requested them to email me the discussion.

Later I spoke to their manager. He told me that he would raise this issue up in some meeting, and see if an exception can be made. He also told me that Susan, who originally lied to me, will possibly relieved from her duties (LOL, because of $50 they even refuse to pay This casino is a joke)

Today I contacted live chat again, they told me that no exception would be made and that my account is closed. After that they rudely quitted again and won't now respond at all. I have screenshots of every conversation.

BEWARE THIS SHITHOLE CALLED PAMPER CASINO, DON'T PLAY THERE!

Funny BingoT! It's to bad that questionable operators get fun and unusual slots, because I tried them on the freebies some time back and really liked the slots, but have always had this hesitation about them, never felt comfortable with them, to take that next step. Ah well, to bad though.

I was going to say "why didn't you check the rogue pit before touching this place?", but when I looked I discovered they aren't in there!

Hopefully CM will make a little space for them in there in the VERY near future...

A bit surprised to read this, but tastes differ I suppose..
I've tried that freebie too, and playing it felt like a punishment, I was bored to death back then, but I never even finished it, there's still $30.- left or so, lol.
And thats over a year ago.

Most crappy games I've ever seen anywhere online, watching TellSell on TV was waay more exiting!
I remember some crappy junglegame with an elephant that as soon as it hit made a horrible sound like someone's torturing a cow with a chainsaw.
AmigoTech. Never went back, and never will.
Compared to that, TopGame is State of the Art.
    Just my opinion, lol...

Oops, revealed to much about me here I guess, yes, sometimes I'm a glutten for punishment!!!!!
I'm not crazy about all their games, but a few were surprising on the payouts, like the circus one and the winter one, can't remember the others, been so long. But never felt like actually getting paid by them would be in the cards, so Adios PooPoo!

KK, I know I had seen them listed on the Rogue list at one time and then they weren't there anymore as well. Why would a rogue be removed, if not accredited or pending, or being torched?

Details can be read in the Warning, now withdrawn, regarding Pamper that was posted back in June '08: here.

Warnings and/or Rogue status can be withdrawn for any number of reasons:
    • all outstanding issues resolved.
    • misunderstandings clarified.
    • casino management change triggers a review.
    • stale-dated info
    • etc

Such changes in status are up to Bryan, of course.

I received the following PMs from the Pamper casino people. They are being posted here at their request:

    Hi Max,

Could you please tell me who classifies the threads in the forum? I understand a thread regarding us in the complaints section was classified as "roguish". Is anyone reading these complaints before marking them?

The thread in question is here :
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ng-no-pay.html

To summarize the case as stated by this individual.

He contacts support on live chat asking if "bonuses are cashable". While some bonuses are indeed cashable most are not and certainly no-deposit free chips are not cashable almost anywhere as far as I know. I don't know what conversation he had with the support rep as he has not produced any transcript but he then proceeds to redeem a free chip and now wants to cash out the free chip and not just the winnings (which would be withdrawable if he has met the wagering requirements).

Accounting obviously directs him to the terms and conditions page prominently displayed everywhere bonuses are offered. This page is also accessible from all pages on our site by clicking support --> Terms and conditions. It is also required reading right before you redeem any bonus. The link is presented to you EVERYTIME before you redeem ANY bonus.

    On it :

"Term #1 - All bonuses are sticky

Unless stated otherwise with the bonus offer all bonuses offered at Pamper Casino are "sticky bonuses" Sticky bonuses can not be withdrawn from the casino, and will be removed from the account when a withdrawal is processed."

So this individual disregarded all notices to read the terms and conditions which is REQUIRED before you redeem any bonus, claims he contacted a support rep, asked a vague question, got an admittedly vague answer and now wants us to overturn our rules on a whim.

What's most important here is that he has not risked a penny of his own monies and the supposedly wrong info that was provided to him has not materially affected the outcome of the situation as it did not change anything. He would have still wagered with the free chip he had redeemed and would still be in this situation with an opportunity to wager more and try and withdraw the winnings.

Is this what passes for "Roguish" at Casinomeister these days? Or is it that nobody bothered to read the complaint and marking it was a knee jerk reaction just because the person saw our name and we have the same 3-4 detractors who bash us everytime our name is mentioned?
I explained that the "Roguish" label had been assigned by the OP and they replied:

    Hi Max,

    Thank you for your reply.

I apologize. I did not realize the label was assigned by the poster. I thought that was done by a member of the CM staff. ....

I would also like to add that his account was reactivated and while we don't appreciate him unfairly attacking us in this public manner we want to give him the opportunity to actually attempt to win with the free chip he was given. He can now go ahead and attempt to wager further and increase his balance and then request a withdrawal of his winnings within the max cashout rules we have for this type of free chip. We would like to remind him once again to read the terms and conditions at http://www.pampercasino.com/terms_co...dex_login.html before he proceeds with any further play in his account.
Needless to say the details herein are provided by the casino people and have nothing whatever to do with Casinomeister staff, policies or promotions. Any questions should be directed to the Pamper casino rep.

They are stalling as well. I have already complained about their vicious tactics here:

    http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=38243

I think they are not honest by far.
