Hi,
I have completed my wagering requirements for the Welcome250 bonus at GoldVip Casino. I deposited $280, got $700 in bonus and wagered 45xD+B on Blackjack for
It clearly states on their website http://www.goldvipclub.com/bonusTerms.aspx that the requirements are 45xB on table games. When I couldnt withdraw I chatted with support and now they tell me that wagering on BJ only counts 10% of the wagering. It does not say anywhere in their website that BJ only counts 10% of wagering. I ask them on the chat to point out where does it say that and all the agents say that they cant find it and that they will send me an email about this, or that they are to busy to help me at the moment. They say I need to basically wager 450xB on BJ now. Ridiculous. Please help me get my money. Wagering that amount in order to withdraw means losing my money (what's left since I lost $600 of the bonus fullfilling the requirement anyways). I am trying to withdraw $416 from my balance (my $280 original deposit, +$92 from bonus and $44.11 from redeeming the comps). Thanks to everybody who can help me.

Why do people continue to play at places that cant even hire half ass decent customer service agents, it just amazes me. He had to go free his willy I cant even fathom any of the agents i chat with saying something like that

Is there some reason you like playing at this casino and being BS'd, there are so many good casinos listed on CM that will give you a decent bonus if thats your thing and will pay you like clockwork, when you do cashout.

I am going to guess by summerdreamin's "join date" and the fact that this is his/her very first post that... no she/he didn't know any better. And like many of us here they found CM by being ripped off by one of the casinos that is hiding within the same group, with a few different casino names and is run by thieves.
It's sad that even with all the negative press these casinos get., they still manage to snag some innocent new player into depositting!

Sorry Summerdreamin'.... but I will be 100% honest., I am guilty of finding Casinomeister the same way!! I was ripped of by a rogue casino! I wasn't the first and certainly won't be the last and sadly the circle will continue where You are not the first nor will you be the last! So don't beat yourself up over it.... If I were you I would cut my losses and go play at Inetbet, Club World or Jackpot Capital or ANY of the RTG casinos on his accredited list!!

This rule is not on the website because IT DOESN'T EXIST. It is one of an armoury of extra rules and excuses they dream up when players win. This is stage 1, get you to wager more in the hope that you will lose everything back. If you wagered 450x, yet still managed to win, they would try something else, such as "discrepancies in your documents" for example.

Maybe Blackjack isn't a table game as far as they are concerned, even though it's played on a level slab, covered by felt, and supported by legs.

They are crooks, and you will have a hard time even getting back your deposit. They are in the rogue pit for a reason.

The reason so many innocents fall for this casino is their VERY aggressive marketing, and they have even been known to "hack" Google search results through the use of Blackhat SEO. They have also been exposed as DELIBERATELY recruiting for spammers and other "blackhat" skills through specialist fora. They use many different names for their casino, but a common theme is the use of one or more of "Gold", "VIP", and "Club". GoldVIPClub is merely the "mothership" for all of this. Some good casinos sometimes find themselves under scrutiny because of the many names used by these crooks, since the words "Gold", "VIP" and "Club" are in general use in the industry.

VWM is right that term probably doesn't exist, and like he said even if you were to beat the 450xWR they will have another excuse. It is probably best to cut your losses and just walk away from it. Take it as a learning experience. There are good casinos out there, try some of the ones on the CM Accredited list. Sorry you had to go through this...Good luck to you.
