Not uncommon with such crooks, they don't want too much bad news showing up in Google, because they have to hire some more black hat SEO experts to bury it again
Virtual even went a step further, sending a couple of thugs to beat up a player who popped into their offices whilst in Costa Rica, asking about a long delayed withdrawal.
Problem is, they have all this persons info, so can intimidate them effectively, if not legally. It seems paying up was their best option, so why didn't they do this in the first place if this player was OK, and why didn't they stick to their guns if they TRULY believed this player should NOT be paid, and let CDS take it's course.
In such cases, there is little in the way of help that can be offered to players in such situations. Max does not take PABs for these casinos, the regulators are not much help at all, even where they exist. CDS sometimes works, but often seems to side with the casino, more so than eCogra, where 50% of valid cases (approx) are rebalanced in favour of the player, even if not entirely to the players' satisfaction.
