I do understand the frustration of feeling ripped off, but as a matter of beeing rude, I though u were the one beeing rude.
I am not saying that what they did was correct but I did not get the feeling that she was rude... maybe its because english is not my main language!

You are correct, I was being rather harsh. I am a blunt and to the point type of person, however when I get frustrated I ramble, and it sometimes comes out harsher than it should. I am going to be a doctor of forensic psychology and sometimes we have to be "too harsh". Thank you for your insight on this, it is appreciated. Have a great day!
