Red Flush won`t pay me 4000

After i met wager req. for welcome bonus my i had 8103 on my casino acc. balance.I requested withdrawal for 2103,they paid me after sending scans,next i requested two withdrawals 2000 each and played video pokers with remaining balance.I played by 25 and 100 per hand.Maybe that is a reason,but i played with no bonus (bonus balance 0).

Thats a good point: The OP made large bets after his first cashed out and after his bonus balance was zero . If he made these bets with an active bonus it would be a violation of the terms .

I guess the security department havent realized he made these large bets with 0 bonus balance and therefore stopped the withdrawal.

I have exciting news I was paid my 890.00 a few days ago. Sorry took so long to post My step dad is in critical care with brain injury .....I just wanted to say thanks again to Wayne and Redflush for honoring my payout and even though it took awhile I knew I would get my withdrawl. Thanks again everyone for your help.
