    probably useless, trying anyway:

recently i was as foolish as to sign up an account to take advantage of no deposit bonus.
This was @ planet7, i did look at the virtual group for reference, and they werent in there so i though should be ok.
i made playthrough within the hour, contacted support, which tells me that no deposit bonuses can only be honoured after a deposit.
to me of course thats a load of crap,
firstly because i got that from a no deposit bonus forum,
secondly because nowhere on their sites terms and conditions it states so,
and then of course if i wasnt eligible, why could i claim the code?
it sure wasnt a app. chip, it was a no deposit code.
anyway, i got a bit mad, and after my support chat went on to the rogue section and searched again to find them under the next rtg rogue
i have of course made the effort to email the address that welcomed me to the casino, pasting the chat, the playthrough, the site offering the bonus, with that bonus offer screenshot, and the screenie of their terms and conditions with the current date visible, but now i fear noone can do anything about it since they are marked as rogue.
anyone any clue as to get my chips?
    lawsuit? secret contacts?
    :P
anyway, i am glad i wasnt depositing ..

Planet7 is an Acerevenue casino and Acerevenue is owned by The VirtualGroup.

Good to know that you did NOT deposit, but you're probably SOL anyway.

    S*** Out of Luck?
i guess so too, i am mostly carefull enough to take all screenshots of anything
concerning bonuses i take, and im always looking for no deposit offers or very small deposit offers to try casinos out.
if i then like the payout percentage, and think the support is nice, friendly etc. i will consider depositing more.
ideal scenario would be to win on a n/d chip, see if the cash out is processed, then i will deposit gladly
mostly this is not the case, so i was looking for casinos with rtg, cause i really like their slots, and as such stumbled upon a review, on a site that also listed virtual group as rogue o.o
and i have seen lists of the virtualgroup, but planet7 wasnt on there..
so thats why i thought: ok, n/d.... lets do it!
thats the shite with these casino name-changes and takeovers: its sometimes hard to recognize a rogue, or the rogue behind the window..

but assuming i have all the evidence, like screenshots i stated, wouldnt i be able to file a lawsuit?
or get them in trouble at least?
i would love to do them a little favor like that.
cause i really love the way they operate!

    ROFLMAO

    One player's experience:

...A year ago I was playing at Cirrus Casino and lost around $x,xxx no big deal.a couple of weeks later I started to gamble on sports at an outfit known as Royal Sports betroyal.com (rebranded to PartyCity). I deposited $x,xxx and built my balance through playing Teasers to $x,xxx. I then requested a cashout a modest amount - not too high. I got told by them I need to wait as they wish evaluate my play. So I did.

A couple of weeks later while I was in Costa Rica I decided to stop by in a place called Office Centro near Sabana Park. They were based on the 7th building of office centro on the 7th floor. Same building as another book I gamble at called Bodog. Betroyal and Cirrus I found out are owned by the same guy Tej Kohli Soon as I arrived on the 7th floor and introduced myself I was met by some sinster columbian looking bodyguards dressed in slick suits. Also by an acne covered indian guy in his mid 40s who appeared to be screaming his head off at some guys in the office. Not a great way to meet the owner I later found out. Anyway I was asked to leave of which I did, after spending less than 10 minutes then made my way to a resturant to grab some food. Little did I know the security guards followed me all the way there and warned me by hitting me around never to ask ever again about a cashout or mention on forums or they will have me killed. They also hit me around a few times which took me by total surprise. As you can imagine this put me off online gambling for life...

You're welcome to fly to Costa Rica and give it a shot, but as I've said before: you'd better show up with malice in your heart and a gun in your hand.

    lawsuits?

Take an "L". On this one. You will never see a penny. Just get your RTGs from the accredited list on CM, or from the many "green-named" affiliates on this site. You can trust those

    haha!
thanks both of you for the "assurance"
i did read that story about that guy, and many others btw, which is why i had remembered: virtual group/cool cat/cirrus etc.
i even posted those lists on the forums i visit and made sure everyone could read them, (by letting the mods make it sticky)
just that planet7 slipped through doenst mean i normally dont do my field work ^^
but i read some posts here and seen miracles happen, so i thought why not give it a go (just now finished reading the thread where two people did get paid by silver oak i believe) which was also thought improbable, i know there are big differences in the two casinos, but hey, cant blame me for trying right?
i still havent given up on it, cause i just now logged in, and seen my balance is still present, and wasnt voided as they said they would.
but i havent made the withdrawal request yet either.
i am still waiting on a reply.
i am very curious what will happen, but ofcourse i dont really expect to get paid.
i would love to visit costa rica though, and if someone could sponsor me, i will sureley come back with a great story

You'll find this thread an interesting read.
I prove that Acerevenue, CurgamMalta and NetsurfMedia are all owned by Virtual.

Also: stay tuned for a thread that exposes EVERYTHING that the owner of The Virtual Group is involved in.

You might as well try to sue a ghost!

In all seriousness now, exactly how much have you got in your casino account, and how much do they want you to deposit to "verify" your account?
I would NEVER normally advise anyone to deposit into one of these shitholes, but if it was something like deposit $10 for a small chance of a $1,000 cash-out, some people might think it worth the gamble...
