Class 1 casino ( I didnt ask )

Very very rarely will I post here at Casino Meister because I can usually work out my own issues with online casinos but this time really pissed me off.

I signed up to Class 1 casino about a month ago and found the service excellent and continued depositing. Each time I deposited I asked if they had any bonuses available for my deposit. Each time they threw me a few bucks. Today I decided I was going to try my luck without a bonus. I made a $75 deposit and when I did a $7.50 ( 10% ) bonus was added. I did not touch a single game and went direct to live chat for the casino. I asked them to please remove the bonus. They replied with they couldn't and it was too late. They continued after I called them a few bickering names to say that it was clear in their terms and conditions that 10% was added to every single deposit I make and before I deposit I'm to talk to live support to say no I dont want a bonus.

WTF is that? I hate casinos that pull such stunts in order to ensure they keep your money as long as possible. Its very obvious to me the terms are set up to make sure you always have to play with a playthrough on your deposit. Then they go on in their terms to say that when you receive the 10% bonus each time the max you can withdraw is 5k

Its very clear that casinos like this give me and other affiliates a bad name. If i'm this pissed and have played at casinos for 10 years imagine how ticked a new player would be.

I am not asking for assistance because I will never ever play there again but I want people to be aware of such dirty tactics from the class 1 casino itself.

Standards for Accredited Casinos:

Must remove any bonus and associated playthrough requirements at the request of the player if play has not commenced.

they did that similar thing with me, and best of all, apart from their support team having the feel of some underaged girls on drugs, they also failed to tell me that because im dutch the wagering req would be 99x dep. and bonus.
not negociable.
and indeed not even could i talk to support before depositing, i was obligated to play with bonus!
lol

so i quit playing there.
really a shame cause i love playtech

yes i noticed now ^^
but i used a forum for bonuses, which recommended them, and i really had had only good experiences with their recommendations so far...
so i didnt check everything as well as i should have
