    Cleopatra’s Palace Casino

Here is my experience, Cleopatra’s Palace Casino sent me a $25.00 bonus in the mail to come and play. I did accept the $25.00 bonus. Then as luck would have it during my play (video Slots) I won the random jackpot Approx. $4,000.
After sending them the documentation they needed, in order to cash out here is what I was told.
Because I was playing on their $25.00 dollar's all they would pay me is $12.50 that’s right $12.50. This was 50% of the $25.00 dollars. And they would claim the remainder of random jackpot money. All this is true and I can verify all of it.
If anyone can help me with this I would be most appreciated. I am sorry to tell you that you Cleopatra is less then honorable people. Again all can be proven. I have all the conversation logs and anything else you may require.

Rogue or not I dont know.....but its pretty common that a free chip has a max withdraw. I dont know any RTG that would pay a random on a free chip.

Unfortunately with a ND chip you are going to have a max cashout. $12.50 may be a little low but it's only to try them out. I almost hate playing with one in the rare case I might win something! Wish you had better news!

Just wondering, did you bother to read the terms and conditions for the free chip!!! Normally free chips have a max withdrawal attached to them!!

My position in this free chip debate

Thank all of you for your feed back, that said. Does not the casino have a responsibily to make it clear about the terms and condition? And not bury it in a seperate section (and I mean bury).
Similair too the cigarette Mfg. Companies. If there are "strings" attached to any offer, there should be some sort of notation attached too the offer, so that an intelligent decision cam be made. Going on and on about free this and free that when it is anything but free is dishonest.

@ruthjf1: your PAB has been discarded.

On the main PAB page you were told:
If you choose to publicize your complaint in the public fora, we reserve the right to disregard it. Making complaints a public issue will usually derail most arbitrations.
In the PAB FAQ, which you said you had read and understood, you were told:
Q: I have already, or would like to, post about my complaint on the message boards. Is that a good idea?

A: Generally speaking, no, it is not a good idea. It's a long story but it boils down to this: a PAB is a private negotiation process and it works because it gives the casino people the best possible opportunity to resolve your issue calmly and fairly in talks with professional industry people without the burden of external pressures or influence.

A message posted on the boards is quite the opposite situation in that it creates a very public public-relations issue that the casino people generally feel forced to contain, or ignore, as best they can.

Because of the pressures involved a forum post on a given issue will usually derail any PABs that are in progress on that issue, and this is why we advise that forum posts be withheld until the PAB process has had a chance to run it's course.

We reserve the right to discard any PAB that where that same issue has been posted to the boards. This relates to threads started by, or contributions to other threads by, the person who filed the PAB. This applies equally to posts made before or after the PAB was filed.

In other words in the case where the material was posted before the PAB was filed we will determine whether those posts would damage or thwart the PAB process before we decide if we will proceed with the PAB. In the case where the material was posted after the PAB was filed there is a very high probability that we will suspend or discard the PAB at that point.

Once we indicate that we are finished with a PAB the person who filed it is free to post about the issue as they see fit (all the usual Casinomeister Forum Rules are applicable).
If you are going to ignore our PAB Terms please save us the trouble and don't bother posting the PAB in the first place.

    only you

I am suppose to do nothing while I get robbed? Your decision is your decision, however it is unfair. I received no update from you, I did not have a clue as to what if anything was going on.

My trying to collect my money is more important then Cleopatra's theiving ways? I will never play on these cheationg casinos and I will never use your site again.

You filed your PAB on the 9th. Since then I have written to you three times, you responded once.

The PAB process means I go to work for you on your issue and, as is made clear throughout the PAB process, you will be contacted when significant developments in your case require it.

What you do outside of the PAB process and elsewhere is your business, however posting on our forums about your PAB while the PAB is in progress is, as I and the PAB FAQ point out, counter-productive and damaging to our efforts on your behalf. This is why we reserve the right to kill any PAB in progress if you do so.

All of this is in the PAB form and the PAB FAQ. The fact that you ignored it all is what lead us to this point.

fwiw, they do have a max cashout of 1/2 the ND chip value listed on their T&C page....

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
