I played with the bonus and at the end of the long play through X I had won about $250 Maw withdrawal for their free chip is $100
I tried to withdrawal and was told that I could withdrawal to colicky by live chat but there was no link to withdrawal to click to pay. I then asked live support to send me an e-mail about how this could be done. They said choose another method and write in the comment box that you prefer payment to click2pay... there was no comment box
So I tried to deposit perhaps stupidly
When I deposited (and here is the root of the dispute)
I was automatically given a 400% bonus to my deposit. $25+400%= $125
but the free spin cash disappeared.. this may sound like the dispute but it isn't it gets worse
Live support said that indeed because I had not withdrawn before making a deposit that the system did this automatically
I was not very happy about this but saw that I had $125 and better off still than when I had started and still wanted to play
Next step for me was to read the new terms and conditions and to recheck the info with live support
Live support conferred that I had $3000 of play through to do
So I got to spinning the reels
I had almost run out of cash when suddenly I hit a jackpot on a machine and it shot my winnings up to about $2500
and this point I checked with live support again about the remaining play through required
I still had quite abut to do but at the end I was left with just over $2200
Max withdrawal from the casino is $1500 per week
with still no colicky option in the withdrawal menu I checked again with live support asking if it was possible they conferred and I used an old Neteller account that I had (never used because my bank blocks them for some reason) and asked live support to see if it could be moved to colicky
All looked good until the next day when the finance department wrote me to say that my withdrawal had been declined because I was playing on the free chip
and that I was trying to defraud the casino.I was shocked one because I had very vigilantly followed the terms and asked many questions to live chat.
They took my balance and put $100 pack into my account saying that this was all I was allowed for the free chip.
(free chip that both me and the live support didn't think I was playing on)
several e-mails to the finance department and 2 phone calls to managers in the casino (based in the UK) latter their position is that mistakes were made on both sides and that they could offer me $300 to make up for the confusion. I refused saying that this was not fair because I clearly had followed the rules in the terms and conditions and had also been told that I was playing another kind of bonus from live support. They said "No live support made mistakes in telling you that they are new and not trained" I replied that is your problem to fix not mine. I asked them to make me a fair offer and that I would try to work with them but as of this writing $300 is the best they will offer and only under the condition that I seek no further action.
Here I think is the key to their lies... the reversed $100 to my account which they say includes my deposit however when the stem reset my balance as I said before it was $125
So I guess even their software thought I was playing another bonus
THEY screwed up, because their support was new & untrained. BLOODY TRAIN THEM then, BEFORE letting them loose on you customers, or maybe you (the casino) don't care about your reputation.
The ONLY proper resolution is to restore you to where you would have been had the mistakes not been made.
Firstly, pay the max withdrawal allowed from the free chip. Since the balance disappeared when you deposited, this should not cause any problems through getting mixed in with your deposit. Secondly, treat the first deposit & the 400% bonus under the correct terms. WR was met, and the jackpot was won. Providing the terms for this deposit bonus were not broken, this too should be paid. THEN they can start talking about $300 or whatever "goodwill gestures".
There is a service offered by this forum called PAB. Ideally, you should NOT have posted this story in the forum, but in the PAB form. This would have increased your chances of getting your $2200, because the casino would have more incentive to resolve the issue BEFORE it hit the forums. This incentive has now gone, and makes PAB more difficult. You should still submit one, using the instructions given in your forum "welcome pack", posting NOTHING more on this until your PAB is either resolved or rejected.
The casino seem already to have admitted liability on their part, their case is therefore rather weak, a PAB would most likely have given you a far better outcome than the $300, and could still do so. There is still an incentive for the casino, which is NOT to end up the subject of a "Casinomeister warning" for non-cooperation, or taking an unreasonable position on this.
Submit your PAB right now, and Max may be able to limit the public exposure by "hiding" your initial post to help suppress too much heated debate whilst the PAB is considered.
