    Palace Group rep is around?

Hi does anyone know if the Palace Group rep is around? I sent a personal message to the rep with a complaint similar to the one in this thread but I haven't received any reply in a week.

Well just wanted to say something similar. I'm happy it all ended well but damage for the Palace Group has already been dealt with the publicity this thread has recieved.

Yeah the old rule was impossible to adhere to like everyone said. First you bet 10 chips, then you have to bet 5, then 2.50, then 1.25 etc into infinity to make sure you never bet 100%.

That's why I would like to think of this whole issue as a mistake made by some overactive investigation team rep.
After all similar T&C can be found in tons of other casinos, but always they refer to the starting balance, otherwise it's impossible not no breach them

    Anyway : Good news!

This was about three months ago. I think they had a different rep then and the torch wasn't passed just yet.

I am having the same issue with Lion slots rep in here. I have mailed him a few times and no reply. It would be nice if I could get a reply from them.

It can be a problem when a rep moves jobs, even within the organisation, but CM isn't informed, and still lists the defunct rep as the point of contact.

If a rep fails to deliver, there is always the PAB route, which should be taken BEFORE you start posting issues in public.

Max or CM often discover that a rep is no more when issues come to light, and attempts are made to contact the casino regarding a PAB.

Palace Group changed the term to be a percentage of STARTING balance, so players only have to work out their maximum allowed bet at the start, and keep under it until they bust or cash out.

Thanks for your help in explaining but I did not think this was huge to go to PAB so I didn't. The person that started this thread had the same issue and did not have to go to PAB and got it resolved, and hope I can here as well. Thank you for letting me know some reasons why Reps may not reply.

Max offered alternatives in his earlier post. A link to the CURRENT rep, or his own email address, or even a PM to him. This is NOT a full blown PAB, but should open lines of communication.
