YOu know - they may NOT want to touch this account with a 10 foot pole...

Because if HER comp points are NOT accumulating - there is a software GLITCH - and people may NOT want to deal with it.

We aren't talking Player Loyalty or Bonuses here - we are talking COMP points that add up per deposit per spin - per 1000s of dollars played.

And if HER points aren't racking up - there has to be a reason.

Maybe bonuses being used? Then that would account for it until playthru wasn't met.

BUT - Comp points folks - should be moving up - and if she is playing and the comp points aren't moving - I'd WANNA KNOW WHY TOO.

Why haven't the reps or the managers dealt with the COMP issues?

    Seriously - that is troublesome.

Unless it's a progressive or a casino with a strong financial background I doubt whether they will pay $500K in a week's time. As far as I know no RTGs or Rivals can do this. maybe a couple of MGs. I dont know.

John moved over to Rockbet. Don't know who the current TIV rep is, but http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...isisvegas.html
Last activity was back in March, so you might want to try the email rather than PM.

What is the BIG DEAL over comp points. No Rival rep has dared to come here and explain. They are awarded for PLAYTHROUGH, and CANNOT EVER BE "ABUSED" in the sense that a bonus might.

With a bonus, there are ways to play with a high variance approach that can make a series of them +EV, and of course this approach means the casino gets less wagering than expected from the offers. Players playing in this way ALSO accumulate relatively FEW comp points, since these are awarded on playthrough, not "churn" of funds.

It is the "honest, recreational" player that will accumulate large numbers of comp points, but the casino CANNOT lose over this, because they ARE getting the playthrough, and making the appropriate net "hold" from the account.

The only time casinos have lost out on comp points has been where they have awarded too many, such that the comps awarded are greater than the net "hold" from the gaming.

This failure of comp points to accumulate seems a peculiarity of Rival software, most other casinos have a pretty derisory rate of accumulation, and only a very few have no comps system in place, and these are often new casinos that are intending to implement a comps system later.

Despite early promise, TIV is NOT the first Rival to achieve CM accreditation, nor the second, nor the third, and it looks like being left behind as part of the bunch of "bad Rival casinos".

It looks like their formerly active rep has simply vanished, and the loss of this ONE employee has made all this difference, and difference for the worse, not the better.
