Thumbs down Gammon Empire / Play65 stolen my money & bonus Beware

I have register with Gammon Empire and start playing for fun then I received offer saying if I deposit minimum 10 and max 50 they will double that. To release the bonus I have to play number of game. (I think around 50 games)

So I deposit 50 euro and start playing after require number of games they release the bonus to my account and my total amount became 101 euros.

So I made the withdrawal and my request denied.
    They said:

    Code:
We fill that you abused our generues bonus offer, by withdrawing it in the
minute it was released to your account.

That was not the intensaion of the bonus. Therefore, we would like to ask
you to play at least another 50 games (each one for 2 euros at least), and
then you'll be able to withdraw your funds.
What type of abuse they are talking about?
    I received strait forward offer.
In their TOC no mention that the bonus cannot be withdraw.

And today Gammon Empire / PLay 65 close my account. Steal my money I intially deposit to play & bonus. Absolute robery.

ANY ONE OUT THERE. PLEASE HELP !
How can I start complain, who can listen ???

    It's short for backgammon

I'm presuming the bonus was a non-standard one, i.e. it was granted to an individual player as opposed to being available as a new player sign up bonus (no mention of it on their site other than 20% match).

I'd be surprised if their t and c's (which are also not available on the site) don't have a 'fair play' safeguard, as few bonuses these days seem to come without strings attached.

Best not to jump the gun and accuse them of robbery (believe me I should know) without actually finding out why they closed your account. I cried robbery at a casino not too long ago, after my account was locked, and it turned out they were investigating my play history 'in case there had been a breach of my privacy'. They may have an odd system for checking these things out, but will always claim they have the players' best interests at heart. In my experiences, it wouldn't be abnormal for a casino to revoke the bonus, and any winnings generated from it, because you broke the terms. Some casinos are sneaky and will try and get you to sign up for something, knowing full well you aren't entitled, or are going to contradict the terms.

May I suggest you post the terms and conditions for the bonus you received on this forum? It may be an idea to check their is no 'fair play' element to it before PAB.

Yes I was playing for fun and then I received an email like a newsletter below is copy&paste:

    Code:
    Dear Player,

Make a first deposit of minimum 10 USD and we'll DOUBLE
it and insert it into your Bonus Account!
Make sure to enter the bonus code DOUBLE when making the deposit

The bonus will be released from your bonus account into your playing balance after completing only 50 games.
The maximum bonus available is 50 USD.
    * This offer is not valid once a player used a different first deposit bonus in the past.
Here is the link to their online newsletter of the same above

Yes you right they don't have TOC on their website.
But I am sure they have register company, gambling licence and while they have all that they must have TOC as well.

In my first post mention I have read TOC here is the link

That TOC is for affiliates only as I see it now. My appologies.

Anyway I am sure there is no TOC anywhere in the world that would say that money deposited cannot be withdraw at all. What I am saying is I dont care about the bonus, just to get my own money back. The money in the account and they refuse to give me that back as well by closing account the next day when I request it to at least allow me to take my own money.

That's a tricky one to call. If the casino is a crooked one (and I'm not suggesting the one in question is - I know nothing about them) then yes, they probably will take your money off you without just cause, and your hopes of getting it back will be minimal.

The problem here though, is you deposited in order to receive a bonus, and if the mystery terms and conditions state a wager requirement of x, you broke the terms by attempting a withdrawal before meeting these. Realistically, the cashier should have blocked your withdrawal if you haven't met the wager (as I said earlier, there are so few bonuses which aren't 'sticky' or have WR) but that aside, they shouldn't take your money off you just for that.

In most cases, a casino will 'hold' your deposit, up to that of the bonus, until the wager has been met. i.e. if bonus was $50, and you deposit $100, $50 of that will be held until the wager has been met, and the other $50 can be withdrawn at any time.

I'd suggest emailing them first to ascertain what cause they have for locking your account, and where your money has gone, failing that, definately use the PAB service Max posted. Don't be fooled by whatever CS may tell you.
