    Ok, we have pinpointed the issue and it was indeed software based. The good news is that your account is clear and you were well within your right to withdraw your funds. I regret to have to ask for your patience until the morning GMT+2, in order for your account to be fully updated.

    but its now monday evening here and i havent heard from you anything. i sent you an PM couple times but havent heard from you.. my frustration is.. i have fullfilled the wagering requirement for bonus.. but i couldnt withdraw a penny from software , then i have been fooled from CSR at prime support and was misguided and was misinformed and now PRIME REP jordan is disappeared and didnt solve my prb.. things looks like as roar pin pointed that how casino operators are making a win win situation for themselves... as support at prime told me that i can only fullfill the wr by playing bonus amount and i can only touch bonus amount by loosing cash balance and i couldnt withdraw my cash balance without fullfilling the wr for bonus.. near me thats PLAIN FRAUD......i will wait anther 24 hrs before i PAB here and file a complaint to microgaming and ECOGRA.

    You've done everyone a great service by posting your experiences up. This thread needs to go into the complaints section right next door to the Betway deception one.

    There's no "tech glitch" here and anyone who join the dots knows what's cooking with this crowd.

    BTW - was it not Prime Casino that removed money from a players neteller account without his knowledge or authority not so long ago? Fine establishment.

    Ok,

    Since we have gone public here, I will state for everyone to see - It is official that the gordonc's account has been rightfully cleared and credited. There should never have been any doubt that, provided gordonc was being honest in his claim, this matter would be resolved. He was indeed honest in his claim, albeit quite vocal and untrusting with encouragement from other viewing members, but I am not sure what else could have been expected to play out here.

    The tech issue that everyone had such grand explanations for was simply due to us changing wagering requirements recently (in all good faith as to being a good thing for our 'loyal' players), and unfortunately having a slight delay on the specific 'Casino War' game wagering update, which was unclear to support at the time (who did request time to resolve) has led to the thread explosion.

    Again, I apologize profusely for the delay in resolution and will abide by our promise to provide the safest, most secure, most enjoyable and best supported casino operation on the internet.

    So just how does that all explain the CSR coming up with the Betway version of how the WRs are cleared?

    Why would the CSR concoct a story (identical to Betway) about bonus WRs instead of directly investigating the players obviously legitimate complaint?

    If things were unclear to the CSR how on earth did he/she get hold of the Betway version of bonus clearing WRs?

    Too many questions. Not enough answers.

    I also haven't seen the issue addressed where I redeemed 10€ worth of Loyality points on top of my balance and it prevented me from making a withdrawal until I had wagered 800 credits on slots. Do you consider that a reward?

    I agree.

    Players should be glad reps come forward when such situations arise, as I'm sure most players are, but reps should not have to deal with accusations and assumptions along the way when resolving problems for players. Unless justified...

    The idea that the similarity of the email responses from Betway and Prime casino link the two sitiuations in any way as a big fraud or conspiracy to steal players funds seems over the edge to me.
