Since we have gone public here, I will state for everyone to see - It is official that the gordonc's account has been rightfully cleared and credited. There should never have been any doubt that, provided gordonc was being honest in his claim, this matter would be resolved. He was indeed honest in his claim, albeit quite vocal and untrusting with encouragement from other viewing members, but I am not sure what else could have been expected to play out here.
The tech issue that everyone had such grand explanations for was simply due to us changing wagering requirements recently (in all good faith as to being a good thing for our 'loyal' players), and unfortunately having a slight delay on the specific 'Casino War' game wagering update, which was unclear to support at the time (who did request time to resolve) has led to the thread explosion.
Again, I apologize profusely for the delay in resolution and will abide by our promise to provide the safest, most secure, most enjoyable and best supported casino operation on the internet.
