problem is this - its with the new member... im only trying to help
the player has an account in winner casino
it has made some winnings
they are asking him for the documents, he sent the documents scanned but the casino refuses the id with photo and the bank statement
for me a casino reject a bank statement? its a bad excuse to keep the money some more time or to dont pay
