A player reported having won $1250 but after three months and over 20 email/chat conversations they were still unpaid and continuously getting the run-around. The Player filed a Pitch-A-Bitch and we've tried for the past six weeks to get a reply from them but have received nothing.

Warning: 123Bingo is effectively confiscating winnings by perpetually stalling on payouts. Players can expect endless delays from Customer Service. Casino people won't respond to player issues. Avoid 123Bingo until there is some reason to believe this situation has changed.

A representative from 123Bingo has come forward and offered to look into the player's issue. Hopefully we can get that resolved and establish a reliable line of communication to avoid any further PAB problems in the future. While this is in motion the Warning has been up-graded to "Under Review".

The 123Bingo rep has indeed helped to clear things up and resolve the player's issue (see here). They've also cleaned up their Support communications regarding player complaints and assure us that this won't happen again. Based on this I am marking the Warning as 'Withdrawn' and will archive it shortly.
