Cyberslotz: no pay and accounts blocked

Player had deposited £5, won £85 only to have their account blocked and access refused. Casino CS called it "bonus abuse", gave no further explanation, and refused to respond.

Warning: Cyberslotz.com is locking accounts and denying access without reasonable grounds or justification. Casinomeister members and other players are further cautioned to avoid Cyberslotz since they are ignoring our attempts to raise issues on the player's behalf.

I have since been contacted by a casino rep expressing interest in seeing this issue resolved: stay tuned.

In the end it turned out that the casino rep was helpful in clearing up a misunderstanding: the player had been "unclear" about the finances involved and had long since withdrawn all their monies from the casino.

The casino's decision was that the player was a "bonus hunter" and that was the reason the player had been locked out. Since no monies were being withheld we had no reason to question that decision: Warning withdrawn and case closed.
