Vegas Poker Casino: no pay, no CS : Casinomeister Warning

A player reported being unable to withdraw €1546. The casino sent a variety of emails related to "security" risks, but never made any specific accusations. The most they said was "the casino has decided that the risk of doing business with you is high". That would be grounds for closing the account but not justification for withholding the player's monies. Our attempts to raise the issue with them were repeatedly ignored.

Warning: Vegas Poker Casino is withholding winnings arbitrarily and not responding to player requests for information or assistance.

Update: the Vegas Poker people have been in touch, MiniVegasGroup in particular, which is a big step in the right direction.

In terms of this particular case it turns out that they have evidence of fraud and as such their actions -- return the deposit and close the account -- are perfectly reasonable: Warning withdrawn.
