Achievements:
A member reported that they had $4,657 in unpaid winnings from Betmax with no better reason given than the casino didn't like the way they played. We've tried for a month to get a response from the casino and have received nothing. That's clearly unacceptable so ...
Warning: Betmax is with-holding winnings and refusing to provide Customer Service to the affected players.

Betmax has recently signed on, user name BetMaxCasino, and reports that the player has been paid in full.
If the player confirms this then the Warning will be withdrawn.
