That built-in bookcase behind you there in the vid looked like it was a really nice crafted Hickory cabinet. Is it made from Hickory wood?

The house is thirty years old, and the German winters have taken their toll. So it's a new roof, new installation (roof and every outer wall) two new windows and all the others replaced, new additional balcony, two others retiled, new stucco and paint.
