WARNING SLBet: predatory Terms and disfunctional Support

In September 2014 a player brought a PAB to us regarding SLBet.com. The gist of the problem was that the casino had the following in their Terms:
The Player is restricted to opening only one account or having one active account under the listed Gaming Licences.

Where might the "listed Gaming Licences" be found? And how did that translate into the names of the other casinos the player should not have an account at? The Terms offered no links, details or explanation.

I tried every means available to me to ask those questions of the casino people, they wouldn't give even the most basic information about their own Terms: every question asked was simply ignored. All they would ever say was "submit your question to info@slbet.com". Doing that accomplished nothing because, again, no response. Needless to say discussing the player's actual complaint was out of the question: you can't discuss something with someone who refuses to respond.

WARNING: SLBet is using predatory Terms to poach player's account balances. Support is worthless and/or unresponsive. Player complaints are totally ignored. Players are advised to avoid this casino and any others associated with them (good luck finding out who they might be) with EXTREME prejudice.
