Alright, so I took a chance on a new casino knowing that they had some positive and some negative reviews... let's face it, I was lured in by the bonus - it was 400% and even though my brain said "stop! stay away" my fingers kept punching in my credit card :D

Anyhow, I won and made a withdrawal for $1500. They accepted my documents quickly and told me that it would be processed within 10 days. I'm on day 6 and not worried or anything...yet... lol... I'm just wondering if anyone has played and/or cashed out here?

PAID

I was paid at approx the same speed as the win palace group of casinos. Between $500 and $1000 every week to 10 days or so after a bit of a document delay. Rather reliable, if not speedy :)

I actually thought this one, Loco Panda and Classy Coin all belonged to the Win Palace group because the min. deposit is $21. However, I noticed that the min deposit at GP is $19.

Thanks, that is good to know. I had read that Win Palace did that but I figured since they said the maximum cashout was $3000, I figured they actually did pay out $3000 at a time. I don't know... all I can hope for is that they pay me $1000 the first time rather than the $500 :) Glad you got paid at least! I think I'll skip depositing at this one again though... I mean, seriously, at $500 every 10 days to wait 30 days for my full payout seems ridiculous to me when you have Club World and their sister casinos paying out a full amount of $3000 within a few days.

I think is much likely that they are connected to winpalace group. They have been spamming the hell out of me , and i did play was paid same speed as in winpalace. 500$ 1-2 weeks, which is quite slow, and when i asked why so slow even though they claim 3000$ a week is the max, they didnt reply. They do reply to emails and have been quite helpful with everything so im partly satisfied but this slow withdrawal speed does not make me wanna come back so much.

I agree, I too think they are connected somehow. I actually had $1000 of my withdrawal approved a few days ago, but haven't received it as of yet. Then they put the remaining money back into my casino account minus the bonus which I totally forgot about so it left me only about $300 so I tried to make it up so I could withdrawal at least another $500 but gave it all back  Either way, I'm just kind of anxious to be done with this casino - nothing gives me more anxiety than waiting possibly 10+ days to get paid, lol. If only they could speed up their withdrawals to match their pleasantness in customer service this could be a good casino to play at.

Yup, if they would pay out faster and bigger amounts, i would think this as a good casino because the cs is actually pretty good. By the way this group of rtg casinos is the only one besides "tadaa" winpalace (affactive) group. That reverses part of the withdrawal they don't want to pay back to the players account so that they must withdraw again and wait another 7-10 days. Bonuses are also quite same then with winpalace or slotsjungle, so its pretty sure same people are running things.

Actually, I met the guys behind Grand Parker in London at the January Conference - and they said they are definitely not part of Win Palace.
BUT... their marketing manager did used to work for Win Palace - he left them and helped this new company set up. He obviously brought virtually all the same T&Cs with him, unfortunately.

Just to update - I did get paid from Grand Parker. The payment was processed I think in 7 days but it didn't get to my bank for another 4 days after that which is ridiculous in itself since my bank shows it immediately after it's been sent, so the casino held off for another 4 days after "processing" it. Either way, they did pay which i'm happy about :D But I won't be back. The customer service was good, any emails I sent were answered quickly and I do enjoy their bonuses (even those their playthrough was on the way high end) but their withdrawal time is simply too long. And the crap about being paid $500 to $1000 every 10 days is ludicrous... If I had cashed out all that I had won in the beginning (I had won thousands and thousands and met my playthrough point, but I was drinking a few while playing and got carried away, you know the deal, lol ) but if I had cashed it out it would have taken me like 4+ months to get paid at the maximum of $1000 every 10 days, and 8+ months at $500 a week. I never would have made it that long anyhow, I would have reversed, so it's better that I just get out with what I got and move on to better casinos :)

Two small comments here:
1) You have to remember that with most casinos, the date they show for the cash-out is just the start of the procedure.
The casinos do not pay the players directly from their own bank account - they send it through a "money processing company"
So in this case, it was the processing company who took 4 days to pay you (including the weekend).
From what I've read here on the forum - that's pretty quick for a USA player!

2) Do you think you could write using paragraphs in your posts, as one "big block of text" is hard to read for many people here?

From Marcia

Hi everyone. Thanks to Casinomeister for being so informative. I have not received payment from Real Vegas for 2 months; only $60.00. I am going to try Jackpot Capitol. Will keep you informed.
