For what?? What is it you are trying to sell exactly?

Buyer would get our database, game location details & strategy, customized software, etc.

Many of our current players/employees, most with at least 5 years of casino work experience with our company would be willing to stay on (but could be replaced with their own people at buyers discretion)

Purchaser would have option of purchasing our entire company or could form their own company and move who/what they wanted into that.
