It seems it does not matter what deal the "right affiliate" can offer, you can still get screwed by the skin deciding to renege, and place you on the standard 30% less fees deal.

So, what's the point of searching out that "special affiliate" to get the "special deal". There is no guarantee it will be honoured, and by the time you find out, the "special affiliate" has vanished, and no record of what was promised seems to exist.

Maybe the AFFILIATE screwed you over, not the poker skin. They may have been less than truthful about the deal, and perhaps it was NEVER "for life" as advertised, but for a fixed period. It may also ONLY have been valid whilst the affiliate remained "active" in recruiting further players.
I understand what you are getting at but this was not an under the table deal, deals up to 45% were openly advertised under the Prima Network and before the 30% flat rate was introduced.

There was nothing "special" about the affilaite...

As I said - fist port of call now is to locate the affiliate and get his view on the matter.

    Sorry about that dude

I didn't mean to come off that way.

I am too machine-like in my replys.

I know how it can appear, I've had it happen to me before too.

Damn shills! Attempting to discredit anyone who makes a claim against their casino.

I hope that you do get your $ back from these scoundrels.

Maybe it was MICROGAMING that reneged on the deal, and when they introduced the 30% flat rate, they RETROSPECTIVELY cancelled all previous deals, even those made "for life".

They may have acted OUTSIDE the terms agreed to at the time, but MOST such deals tend to have a "get out clause" buried somewhere in the detail.

If you can prove such a clause did NOT exist, then you have a strong case, and one that could embarrass Microgaming. I find it hard to believe that Microgaming would have FAILED to cover itself in case of unforseen future events, more likely you failed to spot it.

The "view of the affiliate" carries little weight, it is the original terms you need.
