Walker Poker: cash outs not being processed

Although I am not personally affected by this, I am currently aware of dozens of Walker Poker users whose cash outs are not being processed, or the money is vanishing into thin air.

Users have made withdrawal in early September, and have yet to see them processed, or the cashier states they were processed, but the money was never sent to the ewallet.

Emails are ignored and live chat simply passes the buck to finance who refuses to reply to anyone's emails.

This is very roguish behavior and I STRONGLY encourage all poker players to avoid Walker Poker until further notice.

I will update this thread as more information becomes available.

Try getting players who ARE affected to join here, and PAB. This kind of thing is VERY worrying. When you have BOTH non-payment, AND a refusal to communicate, it is an indication of cashflow problems. Finance are going to ignore emails, rather than offer the excuse of "we don't have the money yet".
It's now the end of October, and withdrawals from September to eWallets should NEVER be suffering this kind of delay UNLESS there were serious issues.

Non-communication can also mean that staff have not themselves been paid on time, and are no longer prepared to continue working for free.

A PAB goes near to the top, and they either start communicating with plausible reasons for the delay, or end up in the pit. They cannot go to the pit without an investigation, and this requires affected players to submit PABs.

Sorry Max, but it looks like you're about to get a bunch of new PAB's heading you way

Seems to be on Merge network, dont know who handles the banking. The network or the individual site?

They bought the assets of WingowsPoker (dirty story). Or is it the same people running the show?

    It's individual.

Reefer and Carbon Pokers are having no issue with cash outs.
They pay same day, usually within a few hours.

Walker, on the other hand, is paying out nothing.

    Bad news.

Saw that Merge also has BigDaddysCasino (IGS/Futurebet linked) and GoldenArchPoker, who wants to play at those sites when Merge actually have some quality rooms? Edit: forgot Oddsmaker (IGS/Futurebet)

Merge network does have some quality rooms, but it is unfortunate they also have a number of rooms of dubious quality.

Don't go by the software to decide if a poker room is good or not.

Walker Poker is owned by the same people that stole tens of thousands of dollars at Wingows Poker. You will find a wide range of people have rogued/blacklisted Wingows Poker. They were a part of Jungle Poker's network and got screwed by Futurebet's involvemnt in Dobrosoft. Even if this group pays you it is still supporting people who have screwed players.
