Sorry Gary, but I give them a 0 minus. They froze my account because when I deposited into my account, I had forgotten to change my new phone number. Now I was able to play a couple of tourneys before they froze me out. But do you think a simple matter of changing a phone number could be hard??? Well after at least 10 emails back and forth, I'm still frozen out. I have given them my new number (been with the family for as long as I can remember). They tell me they can not contact me. I ask for a toll free number to ring them. They say they do not have one for those that live down under. Oh really??? So I ask them to reply with one number for me to call them. What do I get?? Nothing?? I have not had a reply even though I keep asking? So what is the answer? You say they are the best?? Then god help us!

All hail to Casinomeister. After much frustration and many emails, I threatened to post a thread on casinomeister! Yep and within 10 minutes I received a phone call. Funny, they said in an earlier email that they could not ring me? Strange! All of a sudden they could ring me? Wonders never cease

Boy I wish they could take US players again.
It was the first group I worked with and they always gave you the help you needed.
All I do is call them and ask what they would do for someone I know that would like to join and they are pretty good about it,
