    PAB QT?

Can I? or is that only for casinos? The other day I made the "mistake" of logging into QT while on vacation, on a borrowed laptop, using hotel wifi. It didn't help I mistyped my username and/or password the first time. Long story short, there's a security hold on my account pending verification of my ID. I sent my docs but was told they were rejected. I asked why and have yet to get a response. I have several hundred dollars sitting in my account that I need to wire back to my bank. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

They usually respond in about 5 days..and will probably ask for more documents...I also was closed down until I resent more documentation just as a precaution...I was on the hotel wi-fi and logged in...and that was that..CLOSED account..I guess it was for security purposes...

It does scare you, but it will work out most of the time. Give it a few days..go to live chat , they might be able to help also..

    Hello, DaveG39
Maybe you should wait until their Security dep. gives you an explanation why they rejected your IDs? By the way, maybe you can just call them and ask for support?

It only took them 24hrs to tell me my docs were no good, figures. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do though because I don't have any other proof of identity than what I gave (ie no passport). Live chat is no help as they don't deal with security/identity issues, or so I was told.

Might sound stupid but take a picture of yourself and the passport in your hand and any thing else you sent at least they will know your trying

QT is a joke although I use them exclusively with NETSPEND and I have no complant about receiving funds etc
But I had registered 2 other credit cards...Now one of them has renewed because of expiration date so tried to tell QT Well, they wanted my life history so I said screw it its a blessing in disguise so don't use that cc anymore. Will be interesting when the netspend card expires and I get a new one with a new date and a new cvv number
Furthermore my original bank was bought out but everything is the same But dread the bureaucracy I have to go through to tell them of the name change...Apparently, it makes no differencethough, since the routing number and account number is the same
Wish they would use some common sense!

Follow up. QT won't except my driver's license (the same one I used to get my account @Inetbet in the first place) as ID, but refuses to tell me why. So, I am now in the process of applying for a passport in the hopes that will appease them. I hope the don't decide to close my account, and confiscate my funds, before I can get it.

Normally we handle player and affiliate complaints but there's nothing excluding a PAB against something like QT.

That said we've not had a lot of success with such PABs in the past, at least I haven't. What we get back is either "don't talk to 3rd parties" or "customer has been informed of what is required, talk to them". Not overly helpful. Then again it is financial stuff so ...

Thanks Max. That's about what I thought. They told me what to do (get a passport), they've just failed to justify, to my satisfaction, why I need it given what they have already (my driver's license, which they originally told me would be sufficient). I just hope they don't decide to close my account before I can get it.

Ask them if you can go to a notary and have a copy of your license notarized.
