Does Mrs. Muppet know you call her that behind her back?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

So why didn't the casino just say so then, then this problem would have been instantly resolved with a ballpoint pen

Even if there is no need for a signature for normal use, surely there would be no problem just adding one on the back in some blank area. This should also prevent this problem elsewhere.

    Hello!

I thought that I would just add a quick post to this to say "Hello!"

I am the account manager for Blackpool Club Casino. If anyone ever has any trouble with the site for any reason, please drop me a line - I'll do whatever I can to make things happen from this end!

I have taken the salient points of the thread and flagged them up to our Customer Services department to help with their training. As many of you know, we are quite new, and so all feedback is greatfully appreciated - it will help us make the casino a better experience, which will help you guys too in term sof conversions.

So, if you want any help with anything, or want to talk about how we can work together, or maybe you just feel a bit lonely and fancy a chat and one of my chocolate biscuits, then drop me a line or add me to MSN.

Go on - give me a try!

    Blackpool Club

I am reasonably new to casino gambling (and beginning to wish I hadnt bothered). One thing I have learnt the hard way is to MAKE SURE that I am blocked from ANY casino bonuses before I start. The casinos seem to automatically issue whacking great bonuses and then when you want to withdraw they point out that you need to be wagering huge amounts before you can withdraw. I recently had a problem with Blackpool so quit and signed up to JOYLAND. This site has now infested my computer with viruses, I cannot access it anymore (and I have £500 in my account). I keep writing to them and they keep writing back telling me to uninstal it which I have done, but it still keeps telling me I have a malicious software problem. NOW, after 4 days of trying to get it sorted I get an email from Blackpool telling me to go through the whole uninstal process again - they are obviously part of the same group and Im getting nowhere. I shall be writing to the nice man who has posted on here saying he is the Manager - Does anyone know who else is in the Blackpool group?
