Please, DO NOT cross-post! It makes a mess of the forums, makes work for the forum mods (including me), and generally confuses the issue. NOT a good thing.

As to your issue, I've forwarded it to my contact at BeTheDealer for comment. They're not on the boards so they may not respond directly here, it may be to me via email. If and when I hear anything I'll post back here.

Ok, I've had word back from BTD:

no deocuemtns were doctered at all... thats the thing... as of write now they are trying to do this to 2 other people i know that won money from there site... i sent both credit cards i used with numbere 7-12 blacked out (wich i was told to do) i blacked out the cvc... then i sent them my drivers licesen which is my state isseued drivers lisence nothing messed up with it... and a copy of my credit card bill.. which im mailing in today so idk how they could so i tamperd with my stuff.. i really feel like they are just trying to screw with me.. maxd do you think there is anything i can still do?

I wouldn't assume they're trying to screw you. It's possible, but unlikely. I'm dealing with them on other issues and so far they don't strike me as that kind of outfit.

So, the point is, they had issue with your documents. Seems to me you'd want to talk to them to find out what you need to do to give them what they need. Have you tried that approach yet?

FWIW, I happen to know they're reading these threads so if you're willing to meet them in the middle I'll bet they'd be do the same.

Bottom line: if you want your cash give them the documentation they need. Otherwise the issue is DOA.

i am willing to do what ever it takes... i keep sending them emails back asking them what are the documetns that are messed up, i will re-send them.. and all hey keep telling me is that my account is closed and dont ever open another account with one of there websites... they are not giving me a chance to even fix it... i dont even no what was wrong with my stuff... also they have told me 2 times that there risk team would call me, becasue when you talk to cs they cant help you really at all... and that has never happend... i feel bad becasue i am starting to get a little mean with them.. and i no thats wrong becasue they are just doing there job, but i cant get a straight answer out of anyone.

How would i send them to you?... they just sent me an emial saying i could re scan them and re send them... could it be that i made the documetns smaller in photoshop that they think they were fake or w/e they think... i had to do this becasue the files would be to large and not go trough in a email i think my best bet would be to maybe fax? you think that would be better?

They told me to resend the stuff.. so i just sent it again... but they never told me what was wrong in the first place so i have no idea if this is going to work but i hope it does.
