Why players from certain countries (Denmark, mainly) have different bonus t & c 's?

I guess players coming from these countries weren't so "fair" towards certain casinos in the past - but does anyone know the full story?

Yes you're right - its down to the level of bonus abuse. With Denmark however, you have to feel a bit dorry for the Danes if the following is actually true.

Alledgedly, a while back there was a program on Great Dane TV and demonstrated and was deemed to actively encourage, how to make money playing with bonuses from online casinos! Word got out, and Danes seem to be treated differently. I'm guessing the programme must have had an impact!!

I have seen postings about an "anti-Neteller" stance by some casinos where players have found the Neteller option gone after an update. I have noticed that Casino-on-net actually puts it in writing - it's no myth!

Why would such an apparently reputable brand about to list in London be so anti towards the only webwallet listed in London. They have not just imposed harsh terms for the signup bonus, a player is blighted for their entire casino lifetime by having to wager competition prizes 50x instead of 2x.

If they were properly regulated this would not be allowed as it is discriminatory, they would have to have the same general terms for all webwallets so one was not simply frozen out of the market.

Why? I am not aware of any anti-discrimination law applying to webwallets.

In Denmark I was told that there was an "infomercial" that explained how to play blackjack with a bonus and to cash out after playthrough. A number of players did beat the casinos with this, but what the show also did was show how to chargeback if you ever lost, since the Danish banks did not discourage chargebacks. So the casinos paid the winners and never collected from the losers.
I know that I limited bonuses for players from Australlia when I found out that of the 2400 players I had signed up 2350 were deemed advantage players. Yes the other 50 were thrown out with the bath water, but I could deal with them on a case to case basis, and not worry about the majority comming in.

It occurs to me that chargebacks by/through Neteller transactions MAY be the reason some casinos are no longer offering Neteller as a deposit option. I believe Neteller has been proactive on this issue (possibly contrary to casino profits?)

A personal case in point: I believe I was treated unfairly by a certain casino and brought it to the attention of Neteller. Neteller support invited me to contact a party at Neteller who might assist me.

That's so funny - May I ask where you have that information from? Cause I'm from Denmark and I have never seen or heard of such an 'infomercial'. In fact we don't have infomercials on Danish TV. Some casinos used the 'chargeback'-excuse to implement stricter rules for Danes but I believe it has been firmly established that there are no more chargebacks from Danish players than players from other countries. As I said,I was told this when I came on board with internet gamming. I have no idea where it came from originally, just that the owner of the casino told me that, and when I checked other casinos they were also banning Denmark. I have never heard any verifiable facts either way so I just left the status quo. It would be great if some of the different forum moderators and owners would give their opinions on this. My personal feeling is that even if everything I was told is 100% true, that was in the begining of the gamming faze, and all other countries have caught up and more than likely far exceeded anything gone by the Danish. I think that the casinos should allow all Danish players back in.
