As we have discussed many times in this forum, it is not always possible to pick up fraud issues before or during the first purchasing process.

If a player has purchased and the account is locked thereafter, the purchase will be refunded under most circumstances.

There is no eCOGRA blacklist and we would not have told him/ her so.

I have only now noticed (as well) that it is a very old post.

Hi Wim,

The thread was initiated three years ago - the OP has a dormant account (bouncing emails) so I wouldn't worry about this one.
