I have been having major problems getting the new slot games to install at 32red. After sending numerous screen shots of errors etc
they just emailed me and said they are going to install the new games on a laptop and send it to me. A free laptop !

That is just great - the best one out there!

However I seem to have some issues this month as well, nothing that a new computer will fix since i have tried different ones on different connections.. Gold and Dr Magoo just wont appear... I did however get the other one - weird problem =/
I will give it some time and see what happens...

@mimi start a neteller account m8 and you're good to go, you'll receive an atm / credit / debit card for free takes two weeks'ish to get all verified etc.

32Red are beyond phenomenal tbh, I have a slight problem atm and just rang them and ended up spending about 20 minutes swapping jokes and learning the origin of sayings like "Cold enough to freeze the balls of a bronze monkey", lol .

then someone comes along, claims theres software errors (reformat/reinstall or buy a new laptop yourself... common sense) and gets a free laptop....

I can say from my own experience that they would probably have been happier if he hadn't made a post about it.
You have no idea what his experiences have been before or how much trouble he have had.

This is not something they do just because someone complaints a little.

At least they are one of the few casinos that DO care about their players, and give something material back to players.
Of course generosity will be good publicity if announced, but even if that would have been done by the casino itself it would still be generous.
It could have as well been you.. but by the negative tone in your post i would assume you weren't a good sport about your losses, and don't expect good things to come your way when your being negative...
Simple unwritten rules of good behavior will be rewarded, be it material or psychological.

You are having trouble getting new games to install, instead of fixing the problem they are going to send you a new laptop? So now anyone who is having problems with new games not installing, they can say "brutaldeluxe got a new laptop, I should get one too". I'm worried about some gamblers bringing this thread up to 32Red.

What happened when my computer hard disk failed when I lost 6 years of important work which cant be replaced? When our old tv broke because someone who broke in yanked it at the mains and was disturbed, or what even happened when certain close family members here were diagnosed that they are in fact dying?

I didnt get a cent, I didnt sob about it... so its like...someone who cant install software on their computer gets a free laptop after I lost on previous occasions 4k+ at 32red... casinos shouldnt be able to give people stuff to try and gain publicity (as I say, people are always going to post about stuff like that and they know it)

I for one think it is nice to hear that a casino is doing something like this for a player. Whether a "High Roller or Low Roller". It is not very often you hear of a casino doing something nice like this,and for other players to think they can make excuses to try and get a new lap top is absurd.

Who said they were going to send him a new laptop. Maybe they gave their employees new ones for xmas and they are sending him one of the old ones they had? Yes, it maybe new to the OP but no one said it was BRAND new out of the box.

Can I see why some people are upset, sure, but why can't they be upset and still happy for the OP? 32red could have just as easily said,
"Sorry we tried to help and the problem seems to be on your end. Thanks for contacting us and if you need further assistance please do not hesitate to ask." But they chose to do something nice and help the player out. Lets not bash them for this. It was a nice gesture, and the OP chose to post about it. Which is their right to do so.

If I remember correctly, when Sadie was robbed, they sent him a new TV or something like that. So they do try and help out when possible, and knowing there is group out there that genuinely cares is something 32red should be proud of.

Congrats, and I wish you the best of luck on that laptop playing those games!! And Kudos to 32red for making 1 players day!

1. If people can't afford to lose, they shouldn't gamble, and they certainly have no right to expect any casino to make up for their loses one way or another.

2. For christs sake ... if they want to give this guy a laptop, which btw is a very cool thing to do, then it's their choice and their right to do so. I'm not incompetent you know and I can honestly say I never for a moment was trying to get a free laptop out of them !
They said I had some free games on the new slot and I couldn't get it to work so was asking for some help, simple as that.
