I am player at grandparker. I have moneis in my account. I am not knowing where they have gone. No log in available. emails not returning to me. Can anyone know where they are at please? how to contacting them also?

Looks like GrandParker, Locopanda, Classy coin have all been down for a long time. Any affiliates have any info on this?

Last time I asked (a few days ago now) they said they had a major server problem, but the casinos would be back "soon".
I suppose it depends of what your definition of "soon" is - but to me it has already been 2 weeks too long to sort out this problem.

It looks that way, and done a runner with players' money too. Just left someone minding the office to give the "sever problems" excuse.

They haven't been around that long, and started out by spamming aggressively and lying about it.

And to further prove VWM's theory... Their spamming ways have come to an
abrupt stop for a few weeks now.

I used to get hit with 2 or 3 emails a day for all of their casinos.

let just hope

I to hope that they will be back online again, I to have funds in that casino, and just started playing there, but when they disconnect the phones and you get no reply from e-mail support , or chat that just looks very bad, what a sad time.

How much money did you lose by them going AWOL?

I expect the affiliate sites will be investigating more deeply once affiliates realise they are not going to get paid for all that spamming. Since the spamming stopped around the same time, it looks like the operator was directly involved.

This is the downside of playing at this type of casino. No license to speak of, nowhere to go to when things go wrong.

I have proved this already. I created a new email address at an affactive casino and I received spam from Loco Panda. Old / Expired Link

Kasinoking, is this still same? Have you update on when they will be returning please?

They're done.... like a pig at a North Carolina BBQ. :D
 I used to live in NC. We called them "pig pickin's" :p

Bump:

Any new information please? Mr. Casinomeister? Anyone that is affiliated with casinos please?
I hate to say this, you shouldn't have been playing there to begin with. I'm guessing these are unlicensed clip shot joints with virtually no history of any reputation whatsoever. Casinos operating on shoe string budgets may be problematic, especially if they are US facing. If you are in the land down under, you have a huge selection of casinos to choose from. If you're in the US, there are better options available: Link Outdated / Removed

How unfortunate......

I wouldn't be trusting a casino group that takes a month to fix server problems.

Why would that impact their payouts? Surely they could still access their backend?

I can think of a couple casinos who couldnt find their backend with 2 hands and a map

FYI, the entire group, including Begado is back online.

Great if people finally will get paid, but I hope they never risk playing in this group of casinos again, and that the affiliates are thinking with their heads and not only their wallets in the future.

I also wonder if it's usual that different group of casinos are sharing the same server like in this case?
One single casino from The WinPalace group that are on the same server as these casinos. I know that we know the connection between them, but it's supposed to be different owners.

The fact that Begado just recently started and was placed in another groups server is...well, it's a little strange:rolleyes:

I suspect there is more to this than they are saying. RTG probably know the truth, but probably won't say.

Who has the power to switch off the server in such a thorough manner, and keep it off for a month despite the best efforts of a tech team. Remember, there was nothing wrong with the hardware, it was merely an upgrade that went wrong. Why didn't they simply use "rollback" and restore the original systems whilst they worked on the problem.

Now of course they are unlikely to need this upgrade as a month long outage, along with the temporary lockdown of players' funds, should lighten the server load considerably in the weeks to come.

No way this was a simple server problem. I'm going for sabotage. After all they are connected with Affactive who were involved in the DDOS capers with Top Game last year.
