Hi all,

My name is Andrey and I'm the Affiliate Manager for Euro play Casino, which is powered by Playtech software. Pulseaffiliates is the affiliate program behind Europlay casino.

I joined this forums to help players, affiliates with any query they might facing with our brand.

Thanks

Hi Andrey!

I have an email address connected to a few casinos and I have received spam several times for your casino. The spam started exactly when the spam from Revenue Jet stopped. To be clear. The email address in question has only received spam from Revenue Jet, Begado and your casino. When the spam stopped from Revenue Jet and Begado (the casino servers from these have been down for several weeks now), it started from your.

Another thing, it seems like it is exactly three websites at "your" ip-address. Those three are your casino Europlay, your affiliate program, and a place called casino-texas.com. Casino-texas.com contains weblinks from Europlay with download links.

Is this texas-place an own affiliate page for EuroPlay? It seems like players click download at casino-texas and the casino they download is Europlay. Is it like that? If it is, I have to say that it's a bad way to make business. At casino-texas you can read this: Casino Texas uses Playtech's award winning casino games and software. This may lead players to believe that it's a separate casino.

I do apologize if all is great misunderstandings from my end. ;)

Checked some more and when I downloaded the casino and checked the T&C:s players have to agree with when register it says EUROPLAYCLUB instead of EuroPlayCasino. It does not say Eveningstar Holding LTD, as the homepage, it is another company.

Are these misunderstandings?

This is predatory. False information in the "legalese" could lead to players mistakenly creating more than one account and ending up with being accused of fraud. In fact this IS a form of fraud as the terms are a legal document, yet contain false declarations as to the name of the casino, it's operating company, etc with the intent to deceive customers into believing that these are two entirely separate entities. As this dodgy website is hosted on the same server as the two legit sites (casino and affiliate program), it strongly suggests it has been created by, or with the full agreement of, EuroPlay, and is not "some dodgy affiliate" acting independently.

The other obvious question is the nature of the connection between Revenue Jet and EuroPlay, as clearly there is one at some marketing level due to the ease with which the spamming database was taken up by EuroPlay marketers almost as soon as it was no longer needed by Revenue Jet.

In short, a theory that is supported by this evidence is that Revenue Jet sold it's databases, and EuroPlay bought at least one of them.

It also suggests further that these prolonged "server issues" are complete bullshit, and that in fact Begado and Revenue Jet have "done a runner" leaving players and affiliates out of pocket. This is NOT the kind of outfit EuroPlay wants to appear to be associated with, not even through the purchase of databases.

Hey, Andrey , why so silent suddenly? Many questions to answer.

HI Guys,
Sorry for the delay in response due to weekends.

Fyi... we are not related to any Revenuejet or Begado Casino. We never purchased any DB from these guys.

The mistake in the T & C related to Europlayclub and Europlaycasino was due to the fact that the original plan was to call the casino Europlayclub BUT then it was changed to Europlay casino and by mistake this Europlayclub was left, it was now fixed accordingly.

hello every one i just rang this Toll-Free United Kingdom : +44 800 0488234 henry answered HELLO PLAYTECH CASINO not europlay

This looks like CS who have been very carefully briefed not to give the game away by mentioning a casino by name until the player has offered one.

The terms with the mistake shows a careless attitude to what is a legal document, where the tiniest mistake can be a costly one if the wrong lawyer sees it.

I have never before heard of support introducing themselves in such vague and generalistic terms when phoning a casino. The call is answered at least with the group name, such as Palace Group or Jackpot Factory.

If the Europlay casino is NOT related to any others, then how come the phone isn't answered "Hello, EuroPlay ..............".

Did you want to answer my question, or should I answer it for you?

I take it you know the answer.

I couldn't spot anything they were connected to, but they do seem to have gone to considerable lengths to hide things from Google.

They seem to be operated by a Cyprus based company, but licensed in Curacao. It also seems the company can't make up their minds which of two addresses is their registered address for company purposes. The support phone numbers are images, not text, making sure that Google struggles to find references to them.

All the visible evidence points to this being a company operating a single Playtech casino, and with no other casino seeming to share the same support numbers. This makes it even odder that the CS answer the phone with "Hello, Playtech casino......". With only a single casino on the books, there is no scope surely for getting the name wrong.

The Cyprus company seems to exist only on paper, with only three other references to it outside of the Europlay sites. All three of these other references are from the same company information portal, and it seems this company has done "bugger all" other than incorporate and get a casino license from Curacao.

There is another "EuroPlay" that shows up though, which is "Europlay-Malta". It appears to have no connection with this EuroPlay other than the name, which was an unfortunate choice given that EuroPlay-Malta has been misbehaving to the extent that Max had to issue a warning about is last year.

Google "EuroPlay" and the results make it look as though the two are connected. Surely if they were not, there would have been a trademark dispute of some kind as both operate the same type of business.

Hi, Its a standalone casino and the company information is already there on the site. I will publish on the forum in case of any new updates.

The reason for the site not showing on google might be as the casino is very new and no SEO has been done yet - been around for 2 weeks that might be the reason for google not picking all the pages. I could see some pages displaying on google.

For any further questions, pls do not hesitate to contact me back

I think we've been here before. OK, let me rephrase this - how many companies are you working for and which casinos are you representing in this forum? Please note our forum policies on forum reps:

Geeze - this is like pulling teeth.

Ok - I'll try again - this is your last chance. How many accounts in this forum do you have?

I've moved this thread to a better location since this no longer applies as an Introduction. (moved from the Introduction forum).

We have policies in Casinomeisterland, and some of these are not to be monkeyed with - specifically acting as a rep for an online casino and cloaking one's association with another.

If any member here feels they need to open a second account, please contact the moderators or me first before doing so. Multi-accounting is not acceptable.

Civilian accounts are one thing, but when a casino rep opens several accounts thinking he or she is being slick, it is not only unprofessional, it is deceptive.

This member has the following accounts:

And a civilian account:

andreaudmitry

Such enthusiasm

This person has denied on two occasions of having any other accounts here.

The bottom line is, this is the wrong place to come bullshitting around. I don't care for deceptiveness, I don't like being lied to, and our members deserve better.

article 1.1 "Eveningstar Holding LTD. is a limited liability company incorporated in Curacao, and subject to Curacao law, having its registered address at 6 Tassou Papadopoulou ,office 22 Agios Dometios , Nicosia , Cyprus" is the company behind this.

So lets do some diggin':

Hi mate , How do you Whois a .com?

I can only manage to Whois a .co.uk

Cheers

Is this a new entrant to the rogue pit?

Surely if their affiliate manager is going to behave like this, so is the casino, hence it represents a real risk to players who try to do their research, and find nothing negative about it other than it being licensed in Curacao.

This might explain the address confusion about the company, poor proof reading during the cover up and move of the underlying business from the LGA to Curacao.

If a casino is SO bad that even the LGA act to shut them down, they must be VERY rogue indeed.

It is a poor reflection on Curacao that they gave a license to a "new" operation connected to an operation that was subject to police raids, closure, and charges in Malta.

The CS rep probably didn't want to screw up by mentioning one of the other names, but by resorting to the generic "Playtech casino" more or less gave the game away.

UNFORTUNATELY... The address xwww.europlay.com isn't the one here...

STILL the address is xwww.europlaycasino.com which means that we are back to scratch.

And IF the "europlayclub" was true we could track that address to the "old" bethedealer stuff. But it's not the case here. :(
