Not to happy with a newly accredited casino

Not going to mention the name of the casino right now as they did apolagize but still not heard back that my account is in good standing.

Going back abit, I made a deposit of 25.00 to this casino and made another 100.00 or so not long after, played lost all. A few days later casinomeister contacted me said this casino contacted them said I had a charge back, was told this was fraud and i was removed from the forum. Note was contacted by casinomeister first. The charge back was the first 25.00 I deposit they got the rest.

later the same day got private mesage from the casino Rep saying that I had a charge back this was fraud and that my personal information will be shared to creditors and banking globaly etc etc

I was fumming as this never has happen to me ever and being accused of fraud thats the worst.
It ended up being a problem with my Instadebit deposit I was told they cannot/see or differntiate the reasing so the marked it as a charge back , they apologised and contacted casinomeister and I was allowed back on forum. Im happy they did, but after a week and half they still havnt confirmed with me that they got payment wich I know they did 10 days ago and never recieved no match bonus not even 5 free chips I just thought i would of revieved some kind of offer.

I sent a pm to the rep today just noting Im not happy I havnt heard back re my account. Im not sure this seems a good casino but they should take note of 32red cutomer service they could learn a thing or 2. Also the most thing that peeved me is they didnt contact me when this problem accured they went straight to bryan on Casinomeister.
 
:confused: If you're not going to mention the casino what's the point of mentioning that it's an Accred casino. If fact what is your point?

Unless you took a 'casinomeister exclusive bonus' how did the casino know you were a forum member and thus contact Bryan instead of your goodself? Since you were cleared of fraud you can name the casino and the casino rep can share with us with this thread what went wrong so that these 'mistakes' wont be committed by us. How they are going to compensate you is a private matter though and best relayed to you thru a pm.
 
I agree - it may be an idea to await both sides of this story by seeing what the casino rep has to say.

One possible explanation for contacting CM before telling the player (and I agree that in itself needs some explanation) may be the right hand not knowing what the left is doing - not uncommon, unfortunately.

But let's hear from the rep....

Some mistakes were made here it seems..

We're supposed to contact the casino reps before we start screaming ROGUE, right?
Seems no more than fair that the casino contacts the player first before they start screaming FRAUD, right?

I mean, what REAL fraudster would defraud a casino for.. (drumroll please).. twenty-five bucks??:rolleyes:

An apology to the player? maybe?.

Never mind that they appear to have gone to him FIRST!
There must be more to this story, but glad the OP was cleared before it got too deep.

I also have to say sorry as I said its a new accredit casino infact its pending accredit casino and that casino is Wintingo, I really didnt want to mention them, they have apolagized but at the time my account wasnt in the clear they said they would get back as soon as they recieved payment, I recieved info from instadebit payment was made to them long time ado, I emailed rep again and he said because of easter long weekend that some staff are on holidays in the security dept and will get back to me. I know the account is fine but I havnt heard from the rep that payment been recieved.
I wasnt even going to bring this up but they did it to them selfs not confirming that they recieved payment and I guess what I was asking the forum is this the way it should of been handled....like I said I was accussed of fraud. I didnot not take no bonus threw casinomeister, but I to wanted to know why they contacted casinomeister before me. They never gave me a awnswer for that. I hope Im explaining it clearly.

What legal proceedings? In what jurisdiction?

I know you're pissed, and understandably, but legal action would be a total waste of time and money, as AFAIK, Wintingo did not publicly reveal any personal information and did not report the player to any credit agency etc....they made an error, admitted it, and corrected it.

I'm sure if Bryan feels action should be taken, he will take it.
 
I`m not sure how close the casinos - Instadebit`s working relationship is, but, I would imagine that any merchant would be the 1st to know from them that a respective customer of theirs had made a chargeback (there still has to be a legitimate reason for making a chargeback..yes?, and shouldn`t this be verified by the bank in question?), so, I think the 1st port of call for Wintingo to make, should have been Instadebit, and not Bryan here at CM.


If the OP were rich and famous this would indeed be a very strong case for libel, with the written evidence privvy to Bryan and held as such, wrongly claiming the `accused` was guilty of committing a fraudulent act, unlike slander that is very hard to prove unless the offending statements were recorded, this behaviour by Wintingo is unprofessional and shoddy at best, to find someone guilty of an act when they were not is one thing, finding them guilty of an act that wasn`t even committed, beggars belief imo.

No matter what way you look at this, it is a very poor show by Wintingo indeed.

How did they know you were a CM member? You said no CM bonus was taken. Did you miss out on anything.

Exactly! Also the reason I asked the OP what his purpose was back in post #2. A question which was never answered by the way. This smells of the OP trying to manipulate the casino via the forums, which is a violation of our Forum Rules.

I'm flipping this one to "Closed" for the time being. When Bryan is back on deck -- later today, early tomorrow -- he can make the call whether the Rules violation is serious enough to warrant further action.
