No. There is something similar at BelleRock, but their scheme is based on the original ratio of your starting bankroll, and if you win, some is credited as additional bonus in proportion to the original ratio. Once
WR is cleared, you can withdraw the lot. You should then receive it after 10 days if you have used an eWallet, or around 14 days if you have requested a cheque or bank transfer. Some players get paid faster, but I am not one of them.
The norm however is to have to complete
WR before being able to withdraw anything.
MGS originally intended the system to do away with the need for
WR, and allow withdrawal of non bonus chips at any time. Unfortunately, MGS didn't see fit to develop this system with input from the operators, so as soon as it went live, we saw operators messing around with it, making it complicated again. This defeated the main purpose of "Clearplay" (the other purpose being never having to worry about playing a restricted game, or making an invalid bet, both of which have also been killed off by operators). Iif anything, "Clearplay" bonuses have become MORE complicated than their predecessors where players had to count bets, or ask CS whether they could withdraw yet.
